I actually love Soul Eater to bits & pieces that I don’t mind watching it twice but eh I’m out of time this week because of a certain movie so I just skipped to the parts I figured would be different. Despite what you may think, the part with Liz & Patty (with their pants down in the manga) actually wasn’t any less censored in the late night version. The Late Show version this week just featured a half time break showing that showed the answer to the questions during the sponsor window after the OP. The question was like do these things have symmetry (since Kid is like OCD lol). Basically if you watched Monday’s episode you’d already know the answer. The other noteable thing is the different preview for the Sid arc next week.
Yes I am now on ch. 30 of the manga so I have every right to talk about it! One of these days I’ll do a massive Soul x Maka tribute post. Just you wait!
Also I did some fanart.

So according
to wikipedia, Soul Eater that airs on Thursdays is supposed to be some late night showing with extra footage. I watched the entire episode again, and if there was any extra footage I didn’t really notice it. I don’t recall the random boobs in the preview at the end or the large amount of CG castle in the beginning (there was some but not as much? I dunno) but the rest seems to be identical to Monday’s episode. I guess the only way to tell the difference would be to watch the episodes simultaneously which I don’t really feel like going through a 3rd time. If anyone caught anything can you let me know? If it’s worth it, I’ll change my Soul Eater blogging from Monday to Thursday - as my Thursdays are currently empty anyway.

Hey
guys wordpress 2.5 is out! That will be updated tomorrow but more importantly, better late than never here is my Proposal Daisakusen special post. As we all had hoped, basically the special literally jumps right into where the last episode of the drama left off. The beginning of the special gives us flashbacks of what happened in case you missed it, but in case you did, you can always go back and read my posts
Anyway the beginning is kinda silly because they waste time showing Rei and Ken on the beach as usual arguing with each other (about the fact that if Ken found her shoe that was lost in the ocean she’d marry him right then and there) but concluding their argument with a hug. Continue Reading »
