Slowly
but surely this series is getting to a close. As more things are revealed, stuff is actually beginning to make sense. That is not to say that I can truly say I actually understand the who what where and why…but at least I can get the basic idea being conveyed here. So anyway Soutaro basically gets the life sucked out of him (literally) by Ayane’s now animated zombie body. I think all that body does now is just suck the others’ personas into itself. Also if your persona is destroyed/sucked out etc - you die. Continue Reading »

So
the whole episode Otome just kept avoiding Yoshiyuki because at the beginning he almost got hit by a car. Did her voice change btw? It sounded really different. I don’t really see how HER avoiding him is going to stop him from getting into some accident but apparently she thinks it’s a brilliant idea. So basically Sakura sacrificed herself for nothing, and by the end of the episode Jyuunichi is willing to do the same. Sadly, his sacrifice is also for nothing because this tree is like Rasputin - it just won’t DIE. Well at least Yume seems like she’s pretty blissful in her ignorance of occurring events. Poor grandpa Jyuunichi. ![]()

Well this
was pretty much a drag. I only enjoyed the first few minutes with Udagawa acting like he’s “sweeping Sakura away” lol. Also I laughed during the bed scene where Sakura had a dream about wrestling and punched Udagawa multiple times -then finished with a head but. Otherwise it was another draggy episode. I couldn’t even sit through it at this point and then by the end I just scrolled through. It’s really sad when the episodes are so predictable (that the criminal is ALWAYS the one Udagawa falls for). You’d think by now they’d make a joke and be like “hey I bet she’s the criminal”. Once again there was some hints about Sakura’s past but nothing more. I don’t wanna drop this drama in the hopes that once they get to Sakura’s stuff it’ll get good but it’s becoming more and more difficult to watch.

Blah
so last week I was hoping that this week they’d dig deeper into stuff about Sakura’s past but the “aliens” basically wiped out all thoughts she had of it. Wait so what now? Are they gonna just throw it on the backburner until like episode 9 or something?
The only pleasant surprise was that this week the first time Sakura was “wrong” but then was right the 2nd time. The sap story this week is the daughter killed her father because he left their mother when she was young. Also I LOLed at the alien otakus who threw water balloons at the lady because she wanted to cancel their little alien convention. ![]()

So about
the only thing I look forward to in this show is the time Udagawa spends at Sakura’s house with Sakura’s sister being all like “come on oneechan this is your future husband. Now I will leave the young couple alone to themselves”
You go girl! LOL. As usual the criminal was pretty predictable. The twist was that she killed the guy because he threatened to post naked pics of her if she decided to leave his stage troop to get a role as a movie actress. Lesson of the day ladies, don’t let anyone (even your lover) take naked pics of you because they will always be used against you!
At the end they showed a bit more of Sakura’s childhood flashback. Hopefully they’ll start going into that within the next few episodes.
Upcoming Attractions: Aliens.

Pardon my
french, but what the fack? I mean Persona’s been pretty bizarre as of lately anyway but this was like 1 huge acid trip or something
It started with Jun having telepathic conversations with Ayane, the girl with the pink hair who always appears to Persona users surrounded by a buttload of feathers. For some reason, she had Jun’s book and she and Jun became a bit “close”. Ironically enough Jun says “with her I can be alone” and she says “with Jun I’m not alone”. Wtf
