Man this episode was so great! I was sitting there going “this show just got even more awesome.” So anyway living with Naoki continues and he continues to be a big faggot who deserves to be nice boated (cause hey he’s voiced by Makoto’s seiyuu its all good!) He tells Kotoko to stay away from him at school and that no one must know of their life together. In this OVA, Kokoro’s secret identity is a waitress at Sekai’s milf’s restaurant.

I figured that with this OVA they’d go nuts but I had no idea they’d go this nuts. XD Anyway this was a blast to watch, I definitely recommend everyone check it out. There’s not much to summarize other than it’s a basic spinoff all those 80s 90s sentai and mahou shoujo shows. Perhaps us old time anime fans will appreciate this more than anyone who got into anime after 2004. JP and I both thought it was awesome but they still added the School Days parody humor to keep the audience engaged who perhaps wouldn’t think that Kotonoha & Kokoro combining into one big “thing” was as funny as a nice boat. That was fairly easy wasn’t it! Actually the episode was basically about them going to the Hanami and that untrap butler having a crush on Benice. I know there were probably more parodies (I think one of them looked like Flame of Recca or Street Fighter) but I couldn’t pinpoint myself to what they were from. Ah this is the kind of kimiaru that I like, not all the serious business crap. Also there was a gaijin joke made and I didn’t really understand it, aside from not really understanding what the hell Natose was even babbling about.

Upcoming Attractions: Well since the show is coming to an end, they have to have some plot in regards to Ren’s dad.

It’s official. KyoAni has ruined Clannad.

I had some serious de-ja vu when watching this episode. When the first 2 minutes played I was like “did I download the wrong raw wtf?” I double checked and made sure yes this was episode 10. I noticed Scott’s entry about the School Days 12 DVD release and decided to check it out myself. Nothing out of the ordinary though, the erotic makeout scene was more detailed and of course the blood looked like blood rather than black ink.

I think what really did it for me was the sound effects. If you recall in the original episode you just saw the black ink splurging while our favorite song playing in the backround. Here of course all the sound effects were there. This was especially gruesome during Kotonoha’s “there’s no one inside” scene. I also noticed that if you look REEELLLY hard you can see Makoto’s hair and perhaps eyeball in that bag of hers lol. Continue Reading »

The only thing that was pleasing was Kazuki finally ditching Futanari-san and perhaps opening up a path for Asuka. You go girl! Poor Yumi.
