Guess what? The great “new season” of Slayers is just REALLY a continuation of this season because I thought this series was going to be 26 episodes but they have split it in half and will do the other 13 in a new season. It seems to be the trend these days, and my guess its mainly so they can sell more DVDs with “special goods” in them and give people time to save up for the “next season” (or something.) This episode was such a drag I couldn’t keep my attention focused. First they’re fighting Jennifer (I mean Zaniffar) then Jennifer blows a beam and runs off and 5 minutes later everyone is eating standard anime meat(tm). So while they’re eating and sleeping Jennifer runs around with Xellos and Tony the Tiger destroying random countries. By the end of the episode, Pokomon’s sword of light acts like a GPS and points to the direction of Ameilia’s country - the next target for Jennifer & friends. Wow I just made this whole thing sound like some 80s sitcom.

Upcoming Attractions: Guess who’s baaaack!

Domo arigato Mr. Roboto is pretty much a summary of this week’s episode. The LOL was that they make it seem like the “robot has a heart” and that he should now live freely! Alright, I think I’ll read Wizard of Oz next time guys lol. The only thing worth noting this week was when the destruct code thing got absorbed by the machine it showed the winter continent which literally froze Lia in place. Most likely it has something to do with her as in the opening animation we see an image of her “frozen” and then breaking into multiple ice chunks. Even though I think she’s an annoying bitch, I didn’t really mind her this episode. She wouldn’t try to explain herself to the robots, she just shot them out of the way.
