This week was also great. The only thing I have beef with is how they made it seem that Blackstar left Tsubaki to be Soul’s partner, when in actuality they decided to “team up” when Kid arrived. It’s a minor thing but to anime only viewers it gives the impression that Blackstar doesn’t care about Tsubaki as much as he does. I finally read through my Inukami vol. 1-5 that I picked up a couple months ago. Let me just say one thing that will probably disappoint Inukami anime fans: There were no elephant wangs. I was pretty surprised but while the entire anime seemed to focus on elephant wangs and perverted mans who shake their parts in public, the manga just specifically focused on well..Inukami and mostly Keita and Youko. I’m not sure if this manga is still going as I haven’t seen any new volumes past 5 anywhere but pretty much everything you find in the manga you’ll have seen in the anime - sans the elephants. Also, I’ve really given up on late show at this point. Based on the pattern of the last 4 episodes, late show has become basically a “sneak peek” into further episodes as they would either show footage or just run the next episode period. I actually love Soul Eater to bits & pieces that I don’t mind watching it twice but eh I’m out of time this week because of a certain movie so I just skipped to the parts I figured would be different. Despite what you may think, the part with Liz & Patty (with their pants down in the manga) actually wasn’t any less censored in the late night version. The Late Show version this week just featured a half time break showing that showed the answer to the questions during the sponsor window after the OP. The question was like do these things have symmetry (since Kid is like OCD lol). Basically if you watched Monday’s episode you’d already know the answer. The other noteable thing is the different preview for the Sid arc next week.

Yes I am now on ch. 30 of the manga so I have every right to talk about it! One of these days I’ll do a massive Soul x Maka tribute post. Just you wait! Also I did some fanart.

Haha ever since Karin ended I needed a hawt new vampire series to follow. I honestly loved the last few minutes if the show, while the first few really bored me. Basically any scenes with the annoying squeeling fangirls make me wanna take all of them and throw them out those castle windows. Also the gag scenes with that vampire voiced by FukuJun are retarded too. Need MOAR Yuki + hot vampire dude scenes. (At this point I don’t care who it is anymore, a Kaname is fine too. ) I’m glad they’re not waiting like 20 years before Zero could no longer restrain himself, I hate when they beat around the bush for these kinds of things.
