Happy Memorial Day Kei!

He finally gets what he’s long deserved.

Well Chitose is just as annoying as Yahiro is, but at least he sorta becomes good by the end of the episode. Yahiro is a butthole and he remains a butthole as far as I’ve read in the manga. (Vol. 13) For some reason I feel once again that the way the scenes were portrayed in the manga was more emotinally impacting than the way the anime portrays them. Also at this point I can’t stand the op even if it’s just playing in the background. It really is beginning to hurt my ears to the equivalent of nails on chalkboard. Anyway baka Hikari of course follows Yahiro into his beach house thing and based on the preview he takes her captive in order to lure Akira (since he still has the hots for her.) Perhaps this is the start of them showing Akira x Tadashi get together.

What Kotoko wanted…

It seems like in this episode any kind of sympathy I felt for Naoki pretty much died and went to hell because he went back to being a dickhead (probably spurring comments of “誠死ね” on niconico) but at least Naoki’s mom was on Kotoko’s side. Man this episode was so great! I was sitting there going “this show just got even more awesome.” So anyway living with Naoki continues and he continues to be a big faggot who deserves to be nice boated (cause hey he’s voiced by Makoto’s seiyuu its all good!) He tells Kotoko to stay away from him at school and that no one must know of their life together. Kotoko also discovers from his mom (who has always wanted a daughter obviously) that just as a certain other shoujo manga hero, Naoki remembers something after only hearing it once. Continue Reading »
