Well that concludes the HYD series (for real this time I assume.) Although this ending felt more conclusive than the last one, we totally coulda done without Shigure and Umi. Then again Shigure is gold compared to Umi’s 3 episode appearance…and then her random appearance out of the WOODS to push Tsukushi’s broken truck. The proposal for Tsukushi was pretty surprising but still done rather well and I like how she reeled Tsukasa into the kiss. Aren’t scarves useful?

So it turns out that whole plot about the guy killing himself…was yet ANOTHER set up by Tsukasa’s mom. Why does everything always end with her? This drama should be called “息子よりクソババ”. And so comes another one of my creative yet short summaries of what actually went on:

Tsukushi: How dare you use memory loss as an excuse to stretch this drama to 11 episodes!
Ho whose name I forgot: I’m just a plot device to steal your boyfriend and I was probably sent by his mom to do this!
Rui: My bishie senses tell me that you’re a stupid ho. Now get lost before I have to get angry and break my bishie image cause of you! 
Hinano: Didn’t I see this scene with Tsukushi & Rui like 7 episodes ago…
Upcoming Attractions: Next week I believe is the final episode and it appears to be a 1 hour special or something of the sort. Based on some HYD amvs I saw a while ago Tsukushi will get lost in a snow storm and of course Tsukasa will save her and get his memory back etc.
Bleh. Himitsu no Hanazono is 10x better than this…but you keep watching in the hopes it’ll get better…and when finally seems like it does.. it goes to hell once more.

This week’s Hana Yori Dango (aside from turning into some cheesy business drama) takes a look on how to act like a bishounen so that you get lots of fujoshi fangirls girlfapping angsting and writing yaoi romantic fanfics about you.
Lay in a model-esque position on a bed. Bonus if there’s another bishie next to you.
Sit by the window and make sure the sunlight is shining on your golden hair and skin. Bonus points if you have a sly yet sexy smirk on your face.
Stand by said window, in a dimly lit room while playing a violin. Bonus points if there’s no one to listen.
Stare out said window as the rain pours outside. Bonus points if you have an angsty look on your face.
I don’t even know where the story is going anymore. I mean her family has been living on SEAweed, and that guy who was supposed to have committed suicide is alive? I bet he’s the one responsible for the Domyouji group breakdown. I wouldn’t be surprised…it was their fault that he got laid off o_o. Oh and Tsukasa losing his memory?? OOkay…yea I don’t even know anymore.

Does anyone still want me blogging this show? I think Omni does a fine job of summarizing the episodes and I don’t have much to say other than “Poor Rui” and “why must Tsukushi pick the Tsundere guy?” Oh and Jiro’s crying scene was really awful because it looked like he was trying to be one of those Higurashi characters contorting his face on and off to make it look like he was crying.
Won’t somebody please think of the children bishounen!
It seems like next week Rui won’t let go of Tsukushi and Shigeru won’t let go of Tsukasa making it a perfect Love Square.
