Well since I was told that this show was only gonna be 13 episodes I figured I’d do some sort of conclusion post since I did watch most of the series. (Btw we didn’t need to see that dude’s crotch in the camera xDDDD) The one thing that I kept thinking the WHOLE TIME is that Amuro was actually a mermaid. Kinda like in Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch that she’s like a human but if she’s splashed with water she turns into a mermaid etc. (They coulda changed the conditions here for all I know.) Then it turns out…she’s just a water maniac from Okinawa…who happens to SWIM like a mermaid. Wow o_O; Urhm that really threw me off. Also the relationship between Amuro & Kaname was concluded in a sloppy fashion.

I didn’t mind them leaving it in an open ended humorous level, but then after the credits they had random shots of Amuro getting jealous of Shizuoka & Kaname…then in the final screeny kissing him. I’m a big fan of this…when it’s done in a flow like fashion…not when we feel like it’s all open ended then suddenly in like 5 minutes Amuro changes her mind and decides “I WANT KANAME YOWZA!” So yea that sorta ruined the show for me. :S According to JP the manga isn’t as funny - similarly to how the Ouran manga isn’t as funny as the anime either.

Well by this point I’ve decided to drop blogging Umisho. Not because I hate the show, but because blogging this show has become completely pointless. It’s gotten down to the point where unless you watch the episode, it isn’t funny. I can sit here talking about how that guy put on that goofy blue boner suit and how he ripped off stuff from the team’s bikes to use in practice…but it’s just not as funny as if you just watched the episode yourself. To be honest I laugh every week, I love this show and me and JP watch it together because we find it hilarious. Unfortunately I cannot convey the humor into words and posting massive screencaps is not something I like I do except on special occasions. So yea with that in mind I will be dropping this from my blogging schedule, but I do encourage everybody to watch this show because although fanservicy, it makes fun of itself and is very enjoyable to me.

This episode was absolutely hillarious. Well the random yuri scene made me go WTF until they got caught by the cop where I started rolling around laughing again. Definitely check this week’s episode out for some good ol’ mindless [ball crushing] slapstick humor.

Between all the men wearing women swimsuits, cock face stickers, the PURURRRINN~~’s, the left over garter belts and boob comparisons I couldn’t stop laughing. Especially near the end when Nobuko’s swimsuit ripped at the bottom because of the guys stretching it with their packages. xDDDDDDDDDDDD Oh and when the sticker on that guy’s crotch like “moved” roflmao xDDD and all the other guys got distracted ahahaha :’D Good times good times. I hope more episodes make me laugh out loud like this. I love slapstick. (but only if it’s not annoyingly repetitive like in Nagasarete Airantou).

Yea I know I’m totally slacking off on all my blog posts but Ragnarok Online 2 is addictive D:! Anyway I actually laughed a lot in this episode but mostly throughout the running scenes of them chasing whatever object had Amuro’s head X’s on it. Too be honest, now that I’ve figured out the “pattern” of the episodes, it’s almost becoming a drag to watch this show. It’s like a) something will happen to Amuro b) Kaname gets all serious thinking she’s in real trouble c) everyone helps along and it gets wacky d) Turns out Amuro had something completely opposite of what everyone thought and is therefore completely fine - thus making their efforts completely useless. I do enjoy watching this show for kicks & giggles but summarizing it is becoming a pain. I enjoy the random scenes of Amuro & Kaname near the end, since they are cute but the Amuro is stupidly innocent thing is starting to get kinda irritating. That chick from last week…ugh thankfully not a lot of her in the episode but the scenes of her that WERE there…were also very irritating.

Upcoming Attractions: Looks like they go against an American swim team. The American jokes amuse me so I expect a funny episode. (This week with the American tourists going LOOK AT THIS! made me crack up :lol:)

Shizuoka wanting to touch man chest made me laugh ;D. Also the changing room mushroom cock scene was such an eye roller. I knew it the moment Amuro went “WOW WHATS THIS MUSHROOM BOX DOING HERE??” XD I gotta admit though….Mayu…needs to die in a fire. I know she’s voiced by that lady who voiced Karin from…Karin and I like her voice…but I hate this character. Everything about her has that generic ojousama thing going on, but I dunno something about her makes it even MORE annoying. I liked how Amuro “me!”‘d her (also the title of this episode) but then she pushed Amuro in the pool & crap. God what a bitch..and the fact that her “o-ne-ga-i” crap actually WORKS on the males makes me wanna stab her even more =P. Yuck she just ruined the series for me :(. I hope someone slaps her into a wall next week.

So surprisingly this week’s episode was some serious business. There was actually not that much fanservice. I almost start to think that episode 1 was super fanservicy to attract the fappers viewers, but the fanservice has pretty much died down as the episodes go by. I hope that means that in some way or another I’ll get my romance (despite everyone telling me it’s hopeless… I have faith in the anime team’s “creativity”.) So now Amuro moved into Kaname’s house since hers was destroyed last week. Darn, they almost kissed…if it wasn’t for the cursed thong.

I know at this point Amuro’s feelings towards Kaname are like a playtoy. Hopefully that will change though and surprise us all (and doesn’t end up like certain harem shows about guys on islands and endless nosebleeding slapsticks.) They go touring and then Amuro runs off. Kaname hears from her dad that her granny “disappeared”. Naturally Kaname things she died and he sees Amuro crying when he finally finds her. It turns out she was crying from a stomach ache. Uh wtf? Sometimes I think her whole cheeryness is just one big fat coverup. My guess is her grandma permanently turned into some sort of fish/mermaid that can’t “leave the water” hence why she’s “in the sea.”
