Well looks like Sugar Sugar Rune has finally come to an end, in both anime and now manga form. I figured since it’s the last one I’d get the special edition which included a little booklet that contained a short story about Hiroshi (the dog) taking on multiple forms, color illustrations and a character profiles page. Thanks to this page I managed to finally learn how the hell their names are written in English…especially “Uu”…which is actually HOUX. I went to Kinokuniya today for my monthly (?) manga pickup. I’ll be doing reviews of all the books I picked up starting with this. So anyway volume 6 last left off where Duke finally turned back to his human form. As usual Anno-sensei made him a bishie…and he also appears to be Cinnamon’s brother. Wait wut? Does that make him Chocola’s uncle?? It wasn’t mentioned but isn’t that the obvious thought? I didn’t see her screaming OJIISANN!?! more than she was going “TELL ME ABOUT MY MOM!!!” I feel like there’s some sort of a hole here. Damn another one ends. It’s really ironic I started blogging when half the series I’m watching ended this week or are ending next week. ^^; Oh well there’s always the summer season.

Last week Pierre’s body got posessed by Graus (Glass? I dunno) and he had the magical power to rip hearts out of Vanilla and Chocola, but since Chocola has the super l33t powers she got from Anble (Anburu?) she was able to stop him from doing so and run away to get the unicorn. (Really what’s with this unicorn thing?) I recently read the manga so this is gonna be pretty long as I’ll be doing some comparison stuff since it’s the first and last thing I’ll probably be writing about SSRune until further notice.
