In this OVA, Kokoro’s secret identity is a waitress at Sekai’s milf’s restaurant.
I figured that with this OVA they’d go nuts but I had no idea they’d go this nuts. XD Anyway this was a blast to watch, I definitely recommend everyone check it out. There’s not much to summarize other than it’s a basic spinoff all those 80s 90s sentai and mahou shoujo shows. Perhaps us old time anime fans will appreciate this more than anyone who got into anime after 2004. JP and I both thought it was awesome but they still added the School Days parody humor to keep the audience engaged who perhaps wouldn’t think that Kotonoha & Kokoro combining into one big “thing” was as funny as a nice boat. I noticed
Scott’s entry about the School Days 12 DVD release and decided to check it out myself. Nothing out of the ordinary though, the erotic makeout scene was more detailed and of course the blood looked like blood rather than black ink.
I think what really did it for me was the sound effects. If you recall in the original episode you just saw the black ink splurging while our favorite song playing in the backround. Here of course all the sound effects were there. This was especially gruesome during Kotonoha’s “there’s no one inside” scene. I also noticed that if you look REEELLLY hard you can see Makoto’s hair and perhaps eyeball in that bag of hers lol. Continue Reading »

Someone had
posted this on TT and I had no idea what the hell I was downloading but I loled all the way through while watching it. It’s an 18 minute short special which does include the OP ED and the whole cast (before they were nice boated of course.) The only new thing here is Sekai’s Mom. Oh god Sekai’s mom is a cougar/milf xDDDD. The story basically begins with girls at the hotsprings owned by Kotonoha’s family. It proceeds that they all basically want to give Makoto something for Valentine’s day. Continue Reading »

After reading Kurogane’s postI decided to take a look at Mainichi Daily news and found articles very relevant to yesterday’s episode:
The teenager is suspected of stabbing his mother to death at their home in Aizuwakamatsu at about 1:30 a.m. on May 15, as she was sleeping, and then sawing off her head and right arm.

Ok now that I’m back from work (and an office party) I finally sat down to watch this episode. My creative juices went flowing and so came out this:
To be honest, this seemed cooler when I was reading people’s blogs and looking at screencaps. When watching I felt like I’ve been let down because I expected it to be Higurashi level gruesome but they seemed to edit out a lot of sound effects that you could barely even tell wtf was going on. Also the black blood didn’t help, I mean did Sekai attack Makoto with a feather pen or something? XD Continue Reading »

I don’t think we’ll be seeing the rest of School Days or Higurashi this week guys because some other idiotic Japanese teenager decided to axe his parent. I want my animu back!! 返してコノヤロ!
And like alafista said…why the hell do these people have axes in their homes? I don’t have an axe in my home. Wtf? “Yea I just had this axe conveniently lying around to smack you on the head dad!” Also notice it’s always the dads that get the short end of the stick. I guess Japanese men’s morale is going down the hole to make their kids so enraged? Or maybe axe boy and axe girl were in on it together.
Someone should go axe these kids instead, they’re runing my entertainment (and they’re worst than if not equal to the kids of Higurashi!).

As a sequel to yesterday’s post:
Television Kanagawa has decided to cancel the final episode of the anime “School Days,” which shows a high school girl acting violently, in response to the recent murder of a Kyoto Prefectural Police officer by his 16-year-old daughter.
The broadcaster made the decision to cut the final episode on Tuesday. The drama is also being aired by Chiba Television Broadcasting Corp. and Aichi Television Broadcasting Co. Those two stations also reportedly plan to halt broadcasts.
The computer love simulation game on which the anime was based has about 20 different endings and one shows a high school girl slashing a victim with a knife.Television Kanagawa officials said that the last episode of the anime shows a schoolgirl acting violently. To tone down the scene, the victim’s blood was made black instead of red, but after the killing in Kyoto on Tuesday, officials decided to cancel the episode.
Officials at communications satellite broadcaster “AT-X,” which airs anime restricted to viewers aged 15 or over, said they were still considering whether to screen the final episode.
Wuh oh. This may mean a DVD only release guys
