NHK ni Youkoso! - 24 (Finale)
Well the week of ending shows 
has begun, starting with NHK. I remember when we all started watching this and got all excited about seeing another show involving anime otaku and hermits…but seems as the end neared only a few of us (especially bloggers) has pulled through. So Sato finally arrived at the cliff and didn’t see Misaki. As he started yelling regrets to himself, he found her sitting near a “don’t jump off” (someone correct me my kanji sucks) sign. She explained to him how she felt no one needed her, hence why she started the Hikki project. However, Sato then goes on to tell her that she shouldn’t die, that he needs her, and that he loves her. So anyway we start out at Sato and Misaki’s usual meeting and she is quizzing him on “famous quotes” said by people. He has to guess who said it and in the end Misaki concludes that “before everyone dies, they go back to their hometown don’t they.” Sato thinks nothing of this and she tells him that his final exam will be tomorrow, in which if he passes, he will graduate her course. He asks why and she says because she is going away to a far and distant town. 
It appears they will be going a bit in depth on Misaki in these last 2 episodes but hopefully it will leave with a happy ending…but most likely will stray from the manga. Anyway Sato ran into Hitomi senpai and suddenly had a wild imagination of doing her in a love hotel…to the point that his nose began to bleed. 
The two of them then went to a cafe to chat. 
a bit disheartening. It also reminded me how this series is coming to a close in 3 weeks. Sato and Yamazaki finally complete their eroge, but when they bring it to the winter Comic Con, they only sell 5 copies. Yamazaki tries to keep his hopes up saying maybe one of those people will like it, spread it around and people will want to purchase it later online or something. Sato also helps Yamazaki clean up his apartment and they talk about old memories. Later they see it snowing outside to celebrate Yamazaki’s last winter in Tokyo, they go out and have a snowball fight. First it begins as a lighthearted joking one, but later Yamazaki takes things personally and thanks to Misaki’s intervention does he finally calm down. 
surprised me in a sense that it was completely about Yamazaki and had nothing to do with Misaki. Damn misleading previews! As usual Yamazaki and Sato are working on their eroge, but then Yamazaki gets a phone call from his family. It turns out his father is sick and has been hospitalized. Because of this, Yamazaki is forced to go home and take over the family business, as well as having to drop out of college. 
amazing. I can’t believe how good this show has gotten. The only bad thing I can say is “What the heck happened to the animation?” Anyway Iinchou’s brother gets angry and violent at her for letting people into his room. She apologizes and tries to calm him down, hurting her hand in the process. She sees Sato and the others downstairs and he gives her the signed contract thing. She then tells him a story about how after high school her dad passed away and she had to do a bunch of slutty waitress jobs. Her brother just locked himself away and played games and she wanted to try to get him to stop being a hikki so she got fooled into buying that shit from Mouseroad which didn’t do jack. 
In order to help Sato get out of the debt, Misaki runs to the bookstore and picks up a self-help book on how to properly get out of this. The book mentions a “cooling off” period which is basically when you go back to the person who fooled you, and try to return the product to get your money back and thus get out of the debt. They call up that chick and meet her at a restaurant. On the way there, Sato’s hikki alarm goes off and he ends up having a fit and running to the bathroom after they (they being Misaki, Sato and Yamazaki) get off the train.
