Wait….where’s the rest? Is there an OVA coming, can anyone confirm? I want my SasaOgiue stuff! NOoooo!! Anyway hope you all had a merry christmas. Last year the finale on xmas was for Bokura Ga Ita (with also a disappointing ending lol.) The episode reminded me a bit of NHK ni Youkoso after seeing Sasahara surrounded in a dark room fulla trash bags. Ah well a great series, with a not so great ending. They also included a silly “fanservice” Ogiue scene for all the pervs who like her Hopefully there will be some sort of upcoming OVA to complete the story.

Rofl! “I loved it when he sprayed sperm all over Chihiro’s glasses!” LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL! Holy crap did anybody hear that?? XDXD I love how in the Japanese subtitles they totally used ＸＸＸ　to bleep it out hahahah! Oh man Angela has a megane fetish - just like me! 8D Lol Meganeotoko ftw (as you can tell this is why Maradame is also my favorite character 8D) Haha I love Su with her opening the doujin to the ero page and asking Ogiue to sign it. Man Suzy and Angela are going to be missed, these were the best two episodes next to the yaoi parody one. Overall Genshiken II has been an excellent series and I hope it goes out with a bang. Oh and also if anybody noticed, Ohno was cosplaying Yoko from Guren Lagann

Upcoming Attractions: The grand finale, hopefully we get to see some Ogiue x Sasa action.

What a great episode!! You got yaoi fangirls from the US, except one of them (Sue) seems like one of the “all anime is awesome kawaii neko pocky” types. XD Also since they used Japanese to voice the americans, I was really confused when Angela kept saying “Japanese are very sensible” when in actuality she meant “Sensitive” lol. Also Angela raeping Madarame-tan was overblown but incredibly hillarious XDDDD; I wonder if that’s how the Japanese view the American female otaku as (it’s no wonder at Otakon ‘04 they all kept to themselves lmao.) I think the most hillarious part is how both Angela and Sue have blonde hair + blue eys Also angry Ohno babbling in Engrish is really funny.

I really like the way this anime is executed because it emphasizes things I didn’t really catch while reading the manga. They emphasize Sasahara’s crush on Ogiue, so much more than they did in the manga which makes it a lot more apparent. (I mean is it more obvious than him thinking about her while playing an eroge? XD) Also they focus on how depressed he gets because he keeps getting rejected for jobs he interviews for. That can be tough, and boy do I know that. Also the “nightmare” Saki had on the train…I could probably picture that actually happening. I’m so pissed that Saki ends up with Kohsafag. Madarame would like drop his eroge and do her 20 times SakiMada ftw!

A focus on cosplay and Kuchi this week. This is mostly a chat episode between how Ogiue is still trying to battle with her inner self about drawing yaoi (and she admits to hating herself ^^;) Also the battle for Ohno to recruit some members to the cosplay club which she has trouble doing because Kuchi is scaring away all the potential members lol. The last part was hillarious where Kuchi took of his pants and there was his tighty whity crotch bulge and his hairy legs The sad part is, I’ve seen people like that actual anime conventions XD.

A pretty heartwarming episode this week focusing on the graduation of some of the Genshiken members and how everyone is growing up. They discuss how Madarame now got a real job but it’s so close to his college that he didn’t really have to move anywhere. Saki is also jealous of that student council girl because despite being all tough and crap, she gave into Japanese society to get married and not have to work. (Poor Saki, I wonder if Kousaka even has marriage in mind for her?) Also at the end I had a little moment when Madarame said “Oh I was praised” from Saki. Bah. Genshiken - one of the rare animes where I don’t feel the cannon pairing is right (He shoulda ended up with Saki T___T). Also lol @ Ohno’s “Cosplay Club” XD.

Holy crap even in non porny episodes this studio manages to stick some pr0n in! So for the male audience who probably puked a few buckets last week - this week the focus is on Ogiue-chan. She says she won’t go to Comifes, but of course she goes anyway to buy her pile of yaoi doujinshi. Before going home she hears the guys from the club talking so she decides to listen. That was probably a mistake because she hears all their fantasies about what kind of “character” she would be in an eroge. They picture her as this shy goth-loli type who will hide from the man of her dreams but when he leaves she will go “WAIT!” and run after him and then ask him to do her XD They even included a moaning Ogiue silhouette that I guess is their “apology” to the male audience for the moaning yaoi scenes last week. The best is at the end when she tries to escape but is blocked by the barrier that is Ohno’s giant boobs.
