Pardon my french, but what the fack? I mean Persona’s been pretty bizarre as of lately anyway but this was like 1 huge acid trip or something It started with Jun having telepathic conversations with Ayane, the girl with the pink hair who always appears to Persona users surrounded by a buttload of feathers. A really nice emotional episode this week focusing on Megumi and her family. Basically since she’s been staying with the school dorms she doesn’t see her parents that often. She’s also been adopted so she is not blood related to her mother. (Someone correct me if I’m wrong.) She once had a brother named Tomoya who died in a car accident that her family got in. Everyone but him survived because Megumi who as a loli could use her persona, used it to protect them but did not manage to protect him. Continue Reading »

It’s really interesting the pattern Persona has developed over the last few episodes. The episode starts out pretty calm with lots of talking and planing etc. We have some interaction between all the characters and when I’m tired I have trouble keeping my eyes open when watching. Then the last 8-10 minutes suddenly shit hits the fan, all hell breaks loose and I go “whoa wtf just happened??” That was basically the pattern this week as well. Continue Reading »

WTFFFFFF!!! Before I go into this week’s madness, there’s a new OP and ED this episode. Unfortunately I’m not hot for either of them. I personally got really addicted to the old OP and now they gotta pull out the new one. It sounds like some emo American song by Linkin Park or whatever other band that sounds the same these days. Well I skipped last week due to disappointment that the Shin/Kanaru scene didn’t really have a continuation. However last week we basically discovered that “the one behind it all” is some half dead (or maybe zombie) old fart who’s trying to keep himself alive on personas but why those idiotic kids are following this old geezer is beyond me. I mean don’t they have better things to do than obey orders of some 200 year old pedophile?
