Soul Eater - 17: Excali-Filler

Well as expected this week was a filler episode. I don’t think they should have included Maka and Soul happily eating together in the living cause it contrasts with a scene where they had a fight int he manga immediately following last week’s episode ^^; Other than that there wasn’t really anything exciting. The only funny part was at the beginning where Excalibur somehow ended up in some bootleg West Side Story and they had random words popping up on the screen: Buag Ah! YEAH Boy No! Ouch Pencil Hi America Puckin (lol) Splash What Guy Nice Brooom Hayeeee! Great Hahaha How!Nice! Yeaaa! Ok. (I think I got them all :lol: )

Upcoming Attractions: The story finally returns with action at the dance party.

    damn. :mad: was looking forward to this weeks episode, then they put this…weird filler.

    This is the first time I didn’t enjoy Takehito Koyasu as much as I would’ve liked. :cry:
    At least next week we are back to the main story.

    Are the random words just cuz Japanese love putting random English words on their stuff even though they have no fucking idea what it means? Lol. SPLASH!

    Maybe they got together in a room and were like “alright guys, lets go around the room and you call out a random English word that you know!” :twisted:

    at least the filler wasn’t total crap like the naruto ones are :mad: and besides, we have something good to look forward to :razz:
