   I still think tadashi is more suited for Akira. She like to hit boys and he seem to like being hitted. You have your perfect couple right there. Plus, smart kids should stick together. btw, is it me or Akira like both girls and boys. Maybe a heterosexual?

   Isn’t just you who feel sorry for him, when i read the manga i felt sorry for him too, because he was trying to help Akira but she just didn’t see it…Ah well, he has the bad role after all Let’s just see what happen in the next episodes

   I feel bad for Yahiro too, but i wish he would be stop being so darn self-sacrificial. But I think that’s how a lot of shoujo characters are, but in his case, if he was actually direct about himself the first time, Akira wouldn’t be so hurt and would be more careful about the friends she makes.

   Despite feeling bad for Yahiro, Tadashi is better suited for Akira in my opinion.

   I feel sorry for Yahiro too (it’s hard not too), but I am also in the “Tadashi is better for Akira” camp. Yes, Yahiro played devil’s advocate and everything for her, but I think Tadashi understands her better. Yahiro was more of a hard-core case of puppy love, I think. I’m rooting for Megumi to “unlock his heart.”

   Ah, well. I look forward to the part where Yahiro confronts Tadashi about his relationship with Akira and ends up going on a mountain hike with him.

   L-chan> damn when was that?? I completely forgot @_@ I haven’t read SA in like 3 months since volume 13 so I’m forgetting the story lol I only remember the parts where Kei and Hikari were making out

   I’ve got to stick with Tadashi. Yeah, the reason for Yahiro’s argument with Akira is deserving of some sympathy, but that sort of ignores the rest of his personality. When they were young he used to keep everyone away from Akira and tell her that she could only play with him, using his money and his family’s power to enforce that with threats. Based on the stories of his birthday party ‘tag’ games, the people who told Akira that they couldn’t be her friends because Yahiro would get mad, and his consistently jerkish manipulative behavior I just can’t manage any real sympathy beyond ‘Yeah, you got the short end of the stick on that one, but isn’t it sort of a natural fallout of the karma you continuously generate?’

   Fujoshi mode made me think Yahiro X Tadashi… eewwwww
   I just want more Tadashi. Tadashi X Akira isn’t going to bring me back to this show. Now if I can jsut track down a Tadashi puppet like they use in the next episode previews…

   Tadashi is my favorite character in Special A so I have to side with him, even though I do feel bad for Yahiro.

   If Tadashi had made out with Yahiro when they went off to talk about Akira, would you have remembered it then?

    I like Tadashi too. They made Yahiro too evil in the anime that people thinks he’s just an ass. I was actually surprised in the manga when Akira and Tadashi ended up with each other because I thought it’d be her and Yahiro. Actually, I don’t really like Akira that much so I don’t know if I like that fact that she’s paired up with Tadashi.

    LIke I said - I don’t mind Akira being with Tadashi, but just in this episode I felt bad for Yahiro ^^; Maybe seeing it live action was more impacting or something.

    I haven’t watched the anime version, but when I read about this in the manga I felt really sorry for Yahiro too. And I do prefer the Yahiro-Akira pairing to the Tadashi-Akira one - the previous just have so much more chemistry than the latter. I suppose it’s also because I tend not to like couplings where one party is constantly beating up the other. ^_^;; (Plus I like Tadashi much more than Akira, so I don’t like seeing him getting beaten up. :p)

    Yahiro lost his chance, in the end telling or not the true to Akira would still hurt her….so……

    I feel sorry for him, BUT tadshi is a really cool and nice guy, suited for her!
