Anime Next Approaches at High Speed!
So we’re about a week away from Anime Next. This evening I’m gonna gather with fellow panelists so we can make some plans for the eroge/otoge panel happening at Anime Next, Saturday June 21st at 9:30 PM in Panel 1 room. (Hopefully this won’t change but be on the lookout for any schedule adjustments if you’re going to the con.) I’m recycling my cosplay so I’ll be doing Reborn Haru & Shugo Chara Amu once again. (Soul Eater will have to wait till NYAF.) On the topic of cons, NYAF’s having a mascot contest - and I entered! So as a shameless self promo, please vote for me at Anime Next. (At least I think the voting will be at Anime Next?_?) You can see all the contestants here ahead of time. Mine would be the girl with the pink hair and the soy sauce.

Afterwards can you film yourself (or get someone to do it) in the panel, at the con?
I’m kinda sad that I can’t go to the cool US conventions and in my country there’s barely ANYTHING anime-related. 
How do you vote? Do you have to go there physically? I registered to give you a thumbs up or hug or whatever they call it. I liked the mascot, good luck at AN!

I don’t think the comments/thumbsup/hugs (i really dont get theotaku’s system) doesn’t make a difference.

My friend Emmy and her friends are going to AnimeNEXT. And with a few friends (two of them are gay). She’s gonna dress up as either Kagome (Inu Yasha) or Miyu or Ran (Super Gals!).
I’d love to live in the US because of AnimeCons going on there
. Too bad for my 14 yr old friends, they can’t even go, but they’re quite prepared to wait for another 2 years and eventho I’m already 18 I have to wait as well, I can’t just go alone. 
while we do have ALCON in the UK but you have to be 16 to be able to enter because of their insurance crap
