I know I’ve complained of Deviantart theft before etc but I feel like it’s just out of hand now. Please take a look at the below screenshot that I took. After I uploaded an artwork recently I went to see what other people uploaded in the same category (Fanart>Anime & Manga>Digital> Movies/TV).

I mean really what the fuck? Where the hell is the art?? Tracing screencaps and other people’s artworks? Changing characters color to make your Mary Sues and Stu’s!?? Does anyone even actually DRAW anymore!? Do people just sell shit at artist alleys now without even uploading to DA? I feel that’s what’s happening as even at Anime Next there appears to be an artist alley waiting list. I actually got a spot - but I gave it up. I’m sick of artist alleys. I think I’ll kindly remove myself as the boom starts. It’s really not worth it in the end - unless you sell fangirl/fanboy mainstream fodder. I’d rather draw what my fangirl feelings lead me to then try pleasing a bunch of death note tards.

Well the Mamotte Lollipop sequel manga has now officially ended and been released in tankoubon form. Before I go any further let me remind you all that I purchased this at Kinokuniya and all scans are done by me. If you further insist on asking me where to download “these scans” a giant pedobear will crawl through your window at night and haunt you for the rest of your life.
