Vampire Knight - 07
So this
week there’s a (very strange - I mean what’s with the voices in the background lol) flashback to when Yuuki and Kaname were younger as well as Zero. I have to admit, after watching this episode I’m starting to like Kaname more and Zero less. 
It’s like I dunno now that I think about it…Kaname is this yasashii onii-san while Zero is an emo whiny bitch. T_T; Maybe the anime is portraying it that way but my ZeroxYuuki thing is sorta on the edge of death here. I haven’t officially jumped on the Kaname x Yuuki boat here but I think at this point it’s safe to say I really don’t care who she ends up with - as for me both have its good and bad sides anyway. I’m not sure but I’m taking a wild guess at the possibility of Zero eventually going full bananas and dying, and Kaname getting killed in some vampire brawl, leaving Yuuki to be all sad and ronery like in the ending theme. Wouldn’t it be funny if I was right?

I actually started liking Kaname a lot because of this part in the manga. I mean the way he treated Yuki when they were kids was really sweet.
I also have a feeling that Yuki is going to end up alone, because I just don’t get a “oh, they totally belong together” feeling with neither one of the pairings.
HAha yea I kinda feel the same way. I don’t feel like I care much about her paired up with either of them as much as I’m like hard core for Soul and Maka
Meh, I figure Zero is one of those few characters who has a legitimate reason for being emo.
I just can’t like Kaname for some reason, no matter how nice he was to Yuuki as a child.

You’re going to the dark side! I think it’s the anime’s way of portraying Zero. I haven’t watched this epie, but my experience of most anime has shown that they mess it all up.
lol Although it would be funny if you were right. I never really liked Yuuki though.

^ I bet that’d happen to them. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised. Not one bit. If that’d happen, I’d grab the nearest bag of corn chips, then go read something else.
Oh, and you’re on the other side. I dunno. I was for Kaname, until the middleish of the manga, then Zero. I think I don’t really care.
So, against the others on the other bandwagon, I will totally root for Aidou x Yuki because they… are!
(Not really. Still on the Zero x Yuuki bandwagon until … they rename NARUTO to SASUKE, which I would be less surprised if that would happen.

LIke I said at this point I don’t care who she ends up with (or doesn’t end up with). I think I like the “road to it” more in this manga than the “final destination” anyway.
Looking back at this episode, I now remember why I don’t like Kaname:
It’s because he does things like tell Zero he’s only alive as a shield for Yuki. It’s that single-mindedness and high-handedness that reaaaalllly gets to me.
well…im zero x yuuki fan at 1st but now i dun really care who yuuki ends up with…its like zero is treating yuuki badly and kaname is still treating her very nicely…>.<…aww i dun care alr!!
Wow…. so many people have turned over to the dark side lately, prob because the anime sucks at potraying how gentle Zero actually is. I’ve always, and will always be on Zero’s side.
Yuki sucks at realizing that Zero cares for her, and rocks at noticing every little thing Kaname does for her… sometimes it pisses me off 
but I have a feeling in the Manga that Yuki is starting to turn baddie herself 
HI! I came across the blogroll and immediately took a liking to the name “Ex-fansubber”. I don’t really know why, but, oh well. What L-chan said about :”Looking back at this episode, I now remember why I don’t like Kaname:
is super true. I will forever be on Zero’s side. Cos’ Zero chooses to be protecting Yuuki even though he knows 100% that Yuuki likes Kaname. 
So, yeah… Oh, I’d like to recommend D Gray Man. Sorry if this is random. I just suddenly thought about it. It’s super good. I love the anime. It has only one season. There is one movie which I know of. OVA, I’m not sure. It’s currently at ep. 86 and it’s ongoing. Manga is ongoing as well. It comes out every Thursday. Watch it every Friday or Saturday on veoh.com.
