OMG WHY IS THIS SHOW SO AWESOME!?!? :shock:

Answer: Because the manga was awesome so watching it animated is even more awesome.

So does anyone else feel Ragnarok looks overly muscular? I thought he was just this goofy looking stretchy blob in the manga. Here he looks like freaking Hercules!

I like Chrona voiced by Sakamoto Maaya. I think it’s really fits the role here for the “ambiguously gendered” character.
P.S. Chrona is a girl. :twisted:

    Hahaha. Considering how dark and creepy this whole arc is, I’m glad they gave Ragnarok googly Kermit eyes. Helps take the edge off. :twisted:

    I’m a bit surprised thought that they jumped right into this arc rather than tell Tsubaki’s little side story. Maybe they just switched the order.

    Ragnarok is all pumped up cause he’s been allowed to run amuck. I guess souls contain steroids, cause later on Ragnarok looks like a plushie or something.

    Is the Tsubaki sidestory the one where they show her black sword form?

    I didn’t find Chrona to be all that androgenous. I knew it was a girl simply by the drawing. Unlike some he/she’s like that one in the Naruto/Land of Waves arc where the look (pink kimono) & voice were all keys to pointing to it being a girl, then Surprise it’s got a wang.

    I did notice the scanlations were confused for a while, but even they settled on girl after a bit. I’m part 2 of the Brew chapters and I wait impatiently for each and every new page.

    Soul & Maka are great; there are too many points I want to experience, but the only thing that I really want to see so far is the bridge conflict. Where Soul gets… tainted. Know what I mean?

    Manga wise, I want to know how it all pans out. And am I the only one that noticed how much the mosquito one looks like the thing in Soul?

    They probably emphasized Ragnarok’s abs here to make the contrast later in the story stronger, which I’m sure with all your scan readers here you all already know what I’m talking about.

    The one that works for Arcane. He was the one holding onto the witch child that Black Star & Tsubaki spared while the samuri that protected her fought the mummy guy at Arcane’s hide out, and he’s the one who changes form in the brew arc with a gigantic body and tiny legs while confronting Maka, Soul, etc.

    Soul Eater is awesome ~~ I loved this episode.
    If Medusa adopted Chrona as her daughter then why does she say ‘he’? I really hope Chrona is male or at least in the anime anyways.. He’s so cute!! :twisted: *molests*
    I hate Medusa already,she’s a bitch.
