Well what 
can I say 
I can’t even remember this arc in the manga…I was getting it jumbled up with another arc from like volume 7 and I know this is gotta be somewhere in the beginning. I’m having trouble recalling if there was a “massive ice cream scoop cone” vs “Hikari juggling 3 massive cotton candy sticks” scene though..that was kinda weird. Also I don’t know but for some reason the characters’ faces get more and more square every week. Maybe it’s my imagination I dunno. At least this week no one’s voice really bothered me. Next week they’re gonna introduce what’s his face, the one Megumi likes. Let’s all pray that his voice doesn’t pop our eardrums.

Hmm, the way things are going with this series his voice is probably going to be a pain to listen to.
I think the scene you’re talking about is an anime only thing… at least I don’t remember reading it either. o_O
Overall this was another unexciting episode…
I remeber this arc, it’s in the begining of the manga…i don’t remember if the ice cream enters in it though. I hope his voice is good, but after i heard the voice of Kei’s father, i really don’t know…let’s see

Yep it isn’t bad enough that it makes you want to rage over it, but it isn’t good enough to actually make you happy or something… I’m probably going to drop it if next week’s episode isn’t good…
BTW, I think his name is Yahiro or something… xD

Yahiro’s VA is Taniyama Kishou, the rocker who caused otaku outrage last time coz he was rumored to be dating Hirano Aya (Most of deh HATEZ were directed at Hirano though lol
).
Anyway, one of his recent roles you might be familiar with is Takahiro from Junjou Romantica.
Namikawa Daisuke’s role as Yahiro is still stuck in my mind though… Oh well, lets see how Taniyama fares.
Btw, I prefer Akira x Yahiro compared to Akira x Tadashi. I like the former’s background story.
It’s a shame he gave up on her in the end. Akira x Tadashi fans, pls don’t kill me.

Although the pacing isn’t really slow for this show, very little seems to be happening. But as long as I’m getting reactions from #1 & #2; I’m good.
The tacked on characters are all fun as well; the “touchy/feely” girl and the guy who eats too fast/rudely are always good for a laugh; haven’t tired of them yet.
In ep4 the father’s voice was abysmal! Dear god he was annoying!
Haha indeed he was. Megumi Ogata’s worst role evar lol.
Problem is nothing really happens till vol 7 in the manga so we have to go through this dullness for a few eps
I keep thinking that this is some type of breakfast cereal… like Special K. And I don’t see what is so great about hirano.
