Also known
as Tsundere na Kanojo in my mind.
Anyway this is the Japanese drama version of the Korean movie/drama “My Sassy Girl”. It features Kusanagi Tsuyoshi from SMAP (who I think is fugly) but I suppose that works for the lead male anyway as he wasn’t a cassanova in the Korean movie either. I haven’t actually watched the Korean drama to compare so all I can compare it to is the movie. I guess basically if you take the movie and then add some filler scenes in you will get this drama. Despite my low expectations, I quite enjoyed episode 1. Continue Reading »

Zero goes for the gold.
“Oh SHIT I meant to do this AFTER our first date! Gahh my chances are gone!!
“

Haha ever since Karin ended I needed a hawt new vampire series to follow. I honestly loved the last few minutes if the show, while the first few really bored me. Basically any scenes with the annoying squeeling fangirls make me wanna take all of them and throw them out those castle windows. Also the gag scenes with that vampire voiced by FukuJun are retarded too.
Need MOAR Yuki + hot vampire dude scenes. (At this point I don’t care who it is anymore, a Kaname is fine too.
) I’m glad they’re not waiting like 20 years before Zero could no longer restrain himself, I hate when they beat around the bush for these kinds of things.

Ah the
famous episode of Hikari and her iron onigiri. She gives the real meaning to “iron chef” as all her food ends up like a rock. I’m slowly starting to get used to Yuko Goto’s voice now and I actually found it amusing that during the imagination scene of the Kaichou she sounded like Mikuru-chan ^^;. Only thing that’s been bugging me more than ever is the character designs all of a sudden. I dunno what it is, but all of a sudden I’m like “wtf is with that long face? omg wtf nose?” Also my favorite scene was when Megumi’s notepad said “HELP” on it
I’m just finding myself impatient like I was during the first couple manga volumes until Hikari finally “saw the light”.
Upcoming Attractions: I believe Hikari gets to meet Kei’s dad & shota brother.

So as
recommended by someone in my late show post from last week I guess I’ll continue blogging both broadcasts until it’s apparent that the differences are too minor. The end of the episode confirmed that the prologue is over and that the story will begin. I’ve really jumped on the Soul Eater bandwagon after NYCC. I even jumped on a shipping wagon so expect fangirling about Maka and Soul sooner rather than later.
Anyway let’s move on to this week’s character introduction: Death the Kid. Continue Reading »

I
actually enjoyed this episode mostly because it answered some of my DCII unsolved mysteries. The one big question I had was why the hell did they call Yoshiyuki as brother yet he did not live with them and had a different last name. Well alas thanks to flashbacks it was explained that he came to live with the Asakuras at a young age (although it does not say why) and because he was living in the same house Yume called him “niichan” and Otome decided to refer to him as ototoukun.
