Haha ever since Karin ended I needed a hawt new vampire series to follow. I honestly loved the last few minutes if the show, while the first few really bored me. Basically any scenes with the annoying squeeling fangirls make me wanna take all of them and throw them out those castle windows. Also the gag scenes with that vampire voiced by FukuJun are retarded too. 
Need MOAR Yuki + hot vampire dude scenes. (At this point I don’t care who it is anymore, a Kaname is fine too. 
) I’m glad they’re not waiting like 20 years before Zero could no longer restrain himself, I hate when they beat around the bush for these kinds of things.

Actually Kaname won’t be biting um…not yet anyway. It’s not until like chapter 36 or something. Oops I hope that wasn’t too spoiler-y. ><
In the manga there was more blood squirting everywhere, but I guess it would have been too icky for the anime. I love this episode though!
I absolute hate Kaname as the manga goes on.
Zero will be doing most of the biting from here on.
I don’t want Kaname to bite her because THAT would happen.
Y’know, I don’t like the Vampire Knight manga because I see it as being overly pretentious and all “duurrr, we are vampires we are all noble and tragic-like” (and I too, Mika, despise Kaname).
But maybe I’ll give the anime version a chance. It’s getting generally positive reviews, and it seems to take itself a little less seriously.
OMG! That was fast. That’s a hell of a money shot. I can’t believe everything is happening so fast! I can’t wait for it!

As the story gets darker, the squealing fangirls stop appearing, well at least that’s what happens in the manga. But yeah, they are annoying.
Also, in the manga Aidou, the one Jun voices, wasn’t as annoying. I don’t know why they changed him for the anime.
@L: Lol. Yes, they wear those ridiculous frilly Victorian uniforms and act better than everyone. The anime is pretty good since they haven’t had any retarded fillers and the animation hasn’t gone done the toilet…as least not yet.
Chapter 35 and then on was a nightmare.

I’m glad to hear that as the story goes on it gets better, maybe it’ll be like HIgurashi level awesome
It story will get better and much darker. I hope they don’t tone it down for the anime, because it would be a pity. Oh, how struggle not to spoil you, but this one really gets much better with time.

hehe By the time you finish all the manga you’re reading and star VA, the anime will be close to over, so I suppose you won’t be as spoiled in this one… unlike Special A. XD
That scene was so much sexier and sensual in the manga, but whatever, it was hot anyway. Just FYI - Vampire Knight is getting a sequel!

Kaname did have some vampire action before chapter 36. But, its not with Yuuki.
So he bit her? Sweet! Good thing too since I always hated this kind of pussyfooting indecision-making.
Still doesn’t remove my squemishness for vampire neck-biting.
this ep. was great but this was so fast! in the manga they take it slow and explain it but in the anime they skip just to save time this has only 26 eps. in total but in the manga it’s still ongoing

I’ll agree with everyone else here, seems like the anime is picking up pretty fast onto the manga. Hopefully we’ll get to where Kaname…

Well now that’s the hotness of yuuki/zero.
Honestly i’m suprised too they make the pacing this fast. For the second season, i think they decided to make it because the anime is getting a lot of good responses from the fans. I believe this news is good because they may consider using a better animation style to make the sequel. I really hope so. 
And i guess the filler of the 1st part of this episode is really just to make the episode end from the 3rd chapter, if i’m not mistaken.

Ah there really is something hilarious about someone looking concerned whilst there face is covered in blood.
I was anxiously waiting for “Zero-biting-Yuuki” scene!! The first time when I read the manga, I was like “whoooohoo!!!
so sensual~~ (as Zero’s left hand grips on Yuuki’s hand) I wish I was the one bitten by Zero” 
By the way, I really hope they will follow the storyline as per manga coz if they don’t, I will definitely transform myself as a vampire!!

What I don’t get is… isn’t it commonly known that if a regular human gets bitten by a vampire, they get turned into one as well? So Yuki gets bitten by Zero and she acts as if she just got a paper cut. Isn’t she going to transform too?

@zayx- There’s lots of theories, but in this series Yuuki has to be bitten by a Pureblood vampire to be turned into one. If you read the manga or watched this episode it explains it.
Nevermind about the “no retarded fillers” thing I said. I watched this episode agian and compared the manga and the whole beginning had tons of pointless stuff. Aidou was plenty annoying in this epie. I actually liked him in the manga.
yeah.. there are some of vampire traits in Vampire Knight which differ them from the regular vampire we’ve known.
1. you will become a vampire only if you’re bitten by a pureblood vampire. (Zero was bitten by a female pureblood vampire)
2. sunlight doesn’t have any effects on them, so they can go out in broad daylight.
Apparently Yuki only cares for Zero as a friend and not in any romantic way.
personally i want a yukiXzero pairing.
but considering
yuki is engaged to kaname. and zero will turn into a level E according to the manga (i think)

I saw that and I noticed something. He bites her, he’s covered in blood (see pic. #5) and it shows Yuki and she’s not even bleeding.

And then, like 10 minutes later, two SMALL blood drops are on the floor.
And they glow.
