Persona -Trinity Soul- 14
WTFFFFFF!!! 
Before I go into this week’s madness, there’s a new OP and ED this episode. Unfortunately I’m not hot for either of them. I personally got really addicted to the old OP and now they gotta pull out the new one. It sounds like some emo American song by Linkin Park or whatever other band that sounds the same these days. The animation for the OP is kinda cool though, but I don’t know if I’m down with a giant cactus in the ending. I personally preferred school kids with random animal heads.
Remember how we all thought that this was gonna be a happy episode? WRONG LOL. The news basically I think shows that Eiko was found dead but Ryo had mysteriously disappeared. With this in mind time passes and no one knows where Ryo is and Shin is reallly REALLY emo now. Jun is like the only one who seems to be coping with it somewhat. Everyone also seems to get a summer part time job instead of going back home. (When Jun asks why his question is evaded…I wonder why?)
Kanaru goes to give Shin a visit (yay!!) but he’s out emoing somewhere until he gets stopped by Soutarou and they have a cup of tea in a diner. (???) He shows Shin the drugs that “his brother may have used” but since Ryo kept most of his stuff a secret, Shin had no idea what the guy was talking about. After they leave the diner, Shin immediately calls the cops and says that Soutarou may have been involved in the “Serial Reversal case” (I guess when um Ryo disappeared?)
While he tries to follow him, suddenly some other guy who’s part of the team that Tachibana secretly is in comes out into the middle of the street with his persona. Looks like those drugs he was taking either didn’t kick in on time, or just plain stopped working cause his Persona goes all out of wack. It starts to have like these blue people crawling out of it, End of Evangelion style 
Not only that, his persona also begins like sucking the life energy out of random bystanders! Wtf O_O; Then to add on to the batshit insanity, Ryo appears, and uses his persona to blast that kid AND his persona to smitherines. Could this anime get any weirder?
Upcoming Attractions: I honestly don’t know anymore but I imagine more weird shit is gonna hit the fan.

I agree that the old OP and ED are better, to bad the new OP is sang by FLOW, they can do better that this.
As the series gets better it also gets weirder.
I think the drugs just stop working after using them for a long time, kinda like real drugs.
I also think that the personas subsist by taking energy from their owners but when that energy depletes they come out and feed on other people…
BTW, if I’m stating the obvious, sorry.
I figured that myself as well. I wonder why it didn’t happen to Ryo though, his Persona seems ..in tact.. I think lol
I think it has to do with what the erojiji said that the “awakening of the three siblings was a dreadful delight” making it sound as if their personas were “better” than the others… Ugh, I don’t know anymore.
I don’t think the new OP is that bad but it isn’t quite good, either.
Poor Eiko. Jesus, I know she’s just a cartoon character but I feel like having a drink, now.
What are the names of the twins, do you remember?
I prefer the old op and end with the new ones.
Finally we get to see the face that person Ryo kept talking to on the phone, hopefully it’s Akihiko from the game and not some look alike. oh well, maybe the next ep will tell us.

Thanks for continuing to blog this show. Just like you, I’m also looking forward to some romance between Shin and Kanaru (although at first I was all for Shin and Megumi). Indeed the story can get kind of weird, but there’s something that just makes me come back to this show everytime. I haven’t watched this episode yet, but I imagine Shin is not very happy to hear about what happened to his first love. Hopefully, Kanaru will be there for him like how he was there for her.
That’s so disappointing that they changed the opening and ending! I absolutely loved the opening! It was one of my favourites of the season and I got used to the ending.

The guy in grey hair appears in the game, I´m gessing he is the one that Ryou talk over the phone…

I’ve been reading your posts for quite sometime & this is the 1st time I’m going to leave a comment. I haven’t watched ep 14 yet but I don’t mind spoilers! Hehe.
So, Eiko’s dead huh? On the previous ep, I was kinda hoping somehow she’d survived..
I bet Jun’s persona is the strongest amongst any of them since Ryou said that he’ll never give Jun to the erojiji. Ergh!! I have to concentrate on my spring anime list now. Thanks Hinano for blogging this, coz most of the people who wants to blog PTS decided to drop this series..

I have to admit too that episodes are getting weirder and weirder lol… I mean… Ryou just pops outta nowhere, you see the same white whale feathers, and then he just leaves. I wonder what happened to him?
I give my respects for Jun. He’s such a mature and strong kid, I love him <3
Note: I don’t know if it’s just me, but this show’s previews sounds like Darker than Black’s previews. They kinda use the same style: piano music, smooth voice talking.
