Revolution! Upload your anime con photos from anywhere!
I feel like
such a nerd writing this, but this could possibly be relevant to all you anime hobby related photographers (figures, cosplay etc.) As you all know I love cosplay as well as taking cosplay photos (of people who cosplay things other than Bleach & Naruto these days though). The annoying part is, when I get home I have to open up my camera SD card, stick it into the laptop copy the photos and upload them to the internets. Unless I have some sort of wireless access at the time, I really can’t do this until I get back from the anime convention.
Well fear not! There is now a new solution for those of us with shitty cell phone cameras but great normal cameras: The Eye-Fi SD card! I had no idea this beast existed until I was editing my entries on my mobile phone blog. This is like so genius, why hasn’t someone come up with it earlier! (or am I just late to the bandwagon?)
Has anyone tried this before? It seems like such a good idea, but I can see it being a bad idea when all the cam whores start uploading pics of themselves doing god knows what. Wait, if this got into the hands of those yaoi paddle fairies imagine the horror that could now more easily reach the internet!
If you act now you can pick one up from Amazon for about $100. As tempting as it sounds, I think I’ll save that $100 towards that Nokia N95 I’ve been wanting to get, which has a 5 mp camera and wifi anyway. ![]()

Not sure if this will help but here is a review on the Eye-Fi card if you wanna read more about it.
SanDisk has been making one since 2003 as far as I know. My sister uses one and it was during the end of our summer vacation. They aren’t new, you’re just late. Too much time with that Yaoi Fairy.
On the subject of that comment, that was a lame ass reply. LOL. That’s like saying gay Santa’s gonna snub you this Christmas.
Back to the tech talk; they do work.
What comes to mind when I think of this blog?
photography? tech info?
Where’s the fangirl rage?!??!?
I’ve been keeping it all deep inside and my tech geek has finally come out!
Sounds like a handy device to have around, but like you said it’s open to abuse as well.
ps Hinano, your cat just called me a nerd

Rofl! Oh no bad kitty
I want a new phone too…are you getting the Nokia with a plan Hinano? Or are you getting a discount somehow?
