Magical Heart Kokoro-chan Nice Boated me (in a good way)
I figured that with this OVA they’d go nuts but I had no idea they’d go this nuts. XD Anyway this was a blast to watch, I definitely recommend everyone check it out. There’s not much to summarize other than it’s a basic spinoff all those 80s 90s sentai and mahou shoujo shows. Perhaps us old time anime fans will appreciate this more than anyone who got into anime after 2004. JP and I both thought it was awesome but they still added the School Days parody humor to keep the audience engaged who perhaps wouldn’t think that Kotonoha & Kokoro combining into one big “thing” was as funny as a nice boat. (Warning image heavy)

Mmmm I think it’s kind of cheesy to make jokes about your own show like that. I thought the nice boat stuff was funny in Kimiaru, but in your own OVA/DVD extra? Meh.
Other than that I found the episode amusing if for the over-the-top purposeful nudity and rivers of blood.

Actually, thats Kotonoha´s grave since in one of the game endings, Makoto is visiting that same grave after she killed herself….Look for the ending in youtube…The grave is exactly the same as the game

I liked this OVA very much indeed….another way to milk the franchise…

Yeah, I’m pretty sure the three flashback scenes were referencing to the 3 game bad ends (in which two were sorta combined for the anime). It is still a shock to me that I once played this game and got all the ends, and then right when I finished the anime had been announced.
This OVA certainly surpassed my expectations. It was hilarious XD
Nice boat. I think the OVA’s have been the best part of School Days for me so far. Less idiocy of the sleazy type.. and much more comedy.

This OVA is a prototype for a work that has absolutely no content but at the same time absolutely entertaining.
