Naruto -Shippuuden- 270 and Chapter 393
Holy shit
270 episodes and Naruto still hasn’t caught Sasuke. 
You know I’m gonna say this honestly, at this point not only the anime, but the manga to me is one big joke. It sickens me just to even think about doing Naruto fanart or doing anything towards the Naruto fandom in general. I cannot believe how deteriorated the entire thing has become. I think once the manga ends, if the anime is still airing I will more than likely drop it. THIS HAS GOT TO STOP.
I mean look at Naruto in that screenshot? He looks like a freaking idiot. You know what else is idiotic about that screenshot? The entire fight was pointless and had no effect on the progress of the story. It wasn’t filler, it really was this pointless in the manga. 
It seems like next week is a 1 hour special where Naruto meets Sasuke.
WAIT…didn’t we see this…1 year ago?? Don’t tell me they’re gonna show the exact same footage?? LOL!
If this crap wasn’t stupid enough check out this week’s manga chapter. It seems like Itachi suddenly had become invincible to anything Sasuke threw at him. He even went as far as to give Sasuke the all mighty POKE!
..LOL did you actually think Sasuke would lose his eyes?
Someone on Narutofan said like 4 chapters ago “don’t tell me Sasuke’s gonna win because Itachi uses up all his strength and has no energy to beat him.” LOL whoever you are forum poster person - BINGO!
And so we wasted 2 months of complete and utter pointless shit just to see Itachi pass out at the final moment. THAT’S SO GREAT. Hey I have an even better idea! How about Orochimaru randomly come out of Sasuke’s ass and fuse with Itachi so they can have ANOTHER 10 chapters of pointless fighting and huge snake wangs!! Great idea, let’s make more money off pointless shit.
Well guess what Kishimoto, I refuse to buy anymore Naruto manga and support your evil schemes!!

I’m really not looking forward to the Pein battle.
That’s gonna be another bazillion chapters.

Oh, and I once thought Naruto was the awesomest thing ever and that it’d never go bad.

I think I’m gonna quit watching the anime when it gets to the point where I picked up the manga, which was around the time Voldemort killed Asuma.
I don’t really share the frustration with the current manga arc, but I don’t suffer from residual hatred of Sasuke either. =p
I thought, more than running out of chakra, the point was that Itachi had finally obliterated the last of his vision. Either that or he’s just given up (somebody said the forehead poke was a reference to something he did when they were both younger).
I actually like this as a conclusion to a long-running revenge storyline. Revenge is not usually supposed to be a virtuous sort of story, so giving it a standard heroic conclusion doesn’t make a lot of sense. I liked this way where Sasuke was confident in his ability to win, but was about to lose anyway. Terrified and out of resources, he does not get to call upon inner strength or friendship or anything; instead he cowers and waits for his death. But death doesn’t find him.
It’s like hacking off the legs of a monster in a horror movie and having it still shamble, legless toward you, about to eat you, until it collapses about an inch away. I think it works within the context of Sasuke’s (life)story.
LOL by the time Asuma dies me and JP will have already gotten married.
Also the best revenge was the kind in the Count of Monte Christo. And I mean the book, not the Gonzo garbage.
At least it’s over now… though all these snakes slithering around bode ill for future chapters (as in, more stuipd Orochimaru crap). At this point I don’t even know how the manga can be saved. Power levels are moving into the Dragonball Z area and fights are becoming too ridiculous to be entertaining, and the lack of plot focus has resulted in me just not caring about any of the characters anymore. Too many characters, too many plot threads, too much time spent on pointless crap… if Kishi dies soon then this is going to be the manga equivalent of the Wheel of Time.
I didn’t even watch the anime this week cause I knew it was going to be them running around in tunnels and having their pointless fight with Orochimaru. What’s really sad is that the reunion/fight vs Sasuke IS ALSO MOSTLY POINTLESS. They fight for a few minutes and then Sasuke runs away. The anime would be a lot easier to save considering that the Zombie Twins arcs are coming up… fix the pacing, eliminate all flashbacks, and pay for animation and it’s good to go. In fact, if they had a half decent director, even the current boring crap in the manga wouldn’t be so bad because even an interminably long and boring fight like the one we’re currently reading can easily be fit into 1 episode or less of animation. Of course, the way things are going, Sasuke/Itachi will last about 13 episodes when it finally gets there sometime in two years….
I think the whole point of the Sasuke reunion was Kishi’s way of telling Sasuke fans “hey guys I haven’t forgotten about you, here’s some Sasucy fanservice but I gotta try to make Naruto look cool now”
Me thinks the tentacles part will come true next chapter =x

What? You hated it? Aw, I actually enjoyed a little bit of watching this episode and I only liked the manga ‘cos of how cool the pictures were. I also might drop Naruto if next week’s episode proves to be a disappointment.
We used to all be waiting for the Sasuke VS Itachi battle and now we just can’t stand it, lols.

I refuse to watch animes that are draggy and the fights takes like 5 episodes long..

So what now? Does Sasuke take Itachi’s eyes, does Zetsu swoop down and eat them both or does Kisame come and take Itachi away for some *coughbutseckscough* healing? Any bets on what the next pointless chapter will be?
And Orochi may still be around as there’s still a snake slithering nearby.
There’s gonna be one hot orgy with Orochimaru Sasuke and Itachi (and maybe Zetsu will film it all)

sasuke ( the main character) already defeated itachi & oro, whom were among the top main villains in naruto. that lives pein and madara

If Rasengan turns into a projectile would you consider it a new move? I don’t even care about his lack of moves anymore, I just want to be reminded that he still exists! Plus his group is in perfect love triangle formation… I still think someone on his current team is gonna die too

Manga…I so-o-o thought Sasuke vs Itachi is gonna end this way. I knew he’s just gonna poke him in the end instead of removing his eyes. I don’t know if it was lame or not, maybe I don’t care anymore, but at least I am glad it is over. But I liked seeing Sasuke scared and just standing there waiting for his death. That was awesome. (I always thought Sasuke was way too arrogant - yeah, I am sure I am not the only one who thinks so.).
This has got to be the funniest rant about Naruto’s deterioration I have ever seen!!! Gotta give you props Hinano. lol, by this point I just read the manga to see when Sasuke pees his pants in fear. Gotta love those few fun moments
