Shugo Chara - 22
Well 
since Amu lost her eggs her friends decide to help her get them back. They use the shugo chara’s “nantonaku radar” (which literally means “Somekind of a radar”) to see if they can “find the presense” of any Shugo Charas near by. They tell Amu to stay back while they do all the dirty work since she can’t transform and she’d just be in the way.
Utau is featured in some gothloli uniform as well as that big mouthed Saeki Nobuko. I swear you could fit a bowling ball in there. 
Eventually Utau finds Amu and asks her why Amu can’t transform. Amu tells her that it’s because of Nikaido and Utau babbles about something how Easter’s “tactics” aren’t fair and then continues babbling about how she won’t lose to Amu because she’ll do anything for Ikuto.
All of a sudden Amu realizes she doesn’t really like Tadase but she likes Ikuto so she responds with “I won’t lose either”. Lol wut? I know in the manga something like this happened, but that was after Amu had gradual (good) encounters with Ikuto rather than little-fillery ones like in the anime. Uhmm okay so I guess Amu likes Ikuto in the anime now lol. Alright I’m down with that. 
So then like thanks to Saeki Nobuko having a shota-con Tadase convinces her drive them to where Nikaido is. I LOLed at Utau’s transformation. She looks SO UGLY in the anime wtf? She looks like some kind of freaking prostitute or club stripper. Anyway after Ikuto shows up, Utau forgets whose side she’s on and goes to glomp him.
Amu manages to get one of her eggs (Ran) back (thanks to Ikuto and his stretch arm strong tail) and chara-change and get Miki back as well. Unfortunately Nikaido escapes with Su so that Amu can save her next week lol. Alright well at least it’s following the story even if stuff is off here and there. I have a feeling after the Nikaido arc ends next week we’re gonna be swimming in filler until at least April or May.

So Amu-chan porves her superiority once again and reclaims her shugo tama. Excellent I approve of her ditching that anchor Tadase for the neko-Ikuto.
I am not sure if Utau was born ugly or had to work on it…but what ever.
I hope Nikkaido gets Amulet Spade’s paint brush shoved up his ass to fix him good. Don’t fail me Feldwebel Amu…

Actually, this episode was very faithful to the manga, except the super-strong tail part xP. Believe it, the part where Amu said ” I won’t lose” is indeed in the manga ( Chapter 11)
Now, hopefully the next episode will be as actiony and faithful as this one :3
Ninja> I think it might be following the manga as well. I know this happened in the manga however since the anime cut out so much Ikuto events before this, it was weird for them to suddenly shove it into the anime XD
I like Utau, but her red tutu hurts my eyes.
And the lack of subs makes me sad.
As i don’t know japanese,may you please translate to me what Amu thought after Utau told her she won’t lose to her and she will do anything for Ikuto?I just understood something about Tadase..Did she really say i don’t like Tadase?God i really hope so…

, well i geuss i new it will happin sooner or later but now i feel bad for Tadase, he stared likeing Amu and now hes going to get dumbed now.
I thot Tadase and Amu will go out for like 4 eps and then she will see that she likes Ikuto and trys hard to still go out with Tadase, but then she can’t lie to her feeling thing and runs after Ikuto then they chat and all then Ikuto go’s away. Amu go’s back to Tadase and bracks up but their still good friends but Tadase is tacking it hared then after get over her when he saw Amu shows her feelings to Ikuto is a strang way.
Well thats what i thot will happin.
Actually, in the manga, didn’t Amu say “At first, I was going finding the embryo for Tadase, but not anymore. I’m going to save all the people’s eggs you put x’s on.” Something like that.
Lolz. Utau already looked ugly in the anime. She looked uhh..I guess pretty in the manga, but then they uglified her in the anime. It seems like most characters got the uglification treatment, at least in clothes and stuff. >-># They also got the overusage-of-chibi-silly-face treatment.
Isn’t this the part where Nikaidou gives up the bad guy thing then decides to build robots?
this ep follows the manga as close as it could, minus some elements inserted from earlier eps, imho.
as for the artwork, i’ll blame on the choice the production company. i was hoping the same ppl fr rozen maiden anime. the artwork in rozen maiden is ok, or at least more consistent imho.
for wat Amu said to Utau about “i won’t lose”, she’s meaning pretty close to the manga. she’s not saying she not like Tadase or anything; just tat she’s not being a guardian just to get close to Tadase anymore.

i had to agree on tat. imho, Utau’s clothing shud b white, black, or purple. the outfit at the interview wud b better if it’s purely white, tho’.
i hav been reading your blog for some time, and i find it quite enjoyable as u pick out the flaws of the show in ur post. still, i hope i made no offense with this long post of mine.

To everyone else> Yes I know it follows the manga, I have no complaints. My complaint is, to finally GET to this, they skipped good manga material or alterated it some way - so now that we finally got here, it’s really WEIRD. Kinda like putting on the icing without having a cake ^^;

okay… all you people need to stop your bitching about “emo ikuto” and how gay the anime is. if you dont like it- stop watching it and continue to read your precious shugo chara manga. and stop complaining about utau’s outfit…its just a freakin outfit ..its not super slutty whore costume ( rolls eyes at old-fashioned like grandmas)

ughhh i hate people who are always like, ” ughh soandso anime was so retarded its like soooo different from the manga. the manga is like sooooo awesome and like its cool cuz it just is and the way those ppls act in the anime is so gayyyy.” personally i like the anime better. and if you like the manga better its fine but KEEP YOUR BITCHING TO YOURSELVES!!!
