For those unfamiliar with DLSite it’s basically a site which allows artists,creators etc to sell their games, doujinshi, illustration collections online. Unfortunately most of it is pr0n but there’s a section for women that has some yaoi and non porno stuff. The English section I believe is anything and everything.

This week Naruto has diarrhea so he uses the powers of Pepto Bismol to get back in shape…er (*inhales deep breath) I mean Naruto, Yamato and Sakura question Sai’s motives in Oro’s base. Sai makes up some bullcrap about how he’s following Danzo’s orders to destroy Konoha and then they tie him up with wooden boners outside the cave. Sai then tells Naruto to stop chasing Sasuke’s ass (for buttsecks) because he’s more interested in hanging (and doing) Orochimaru (and maybe Kabuto for kicks & giggles.) Also in the omake all the NaruSaku communities are squealing over a 1 second pan of Naruto holding a bunch of shopping bags for Sakura. (*exhales) Continue Reading »

I know should be all happy because there’s kissing but I haven’t really attached myself to anybody in this show lol. I couldn’t care less if Hirose was making out with Hotaru or Hayami (or even Hamaji ) I think the more important focus was probably the little tidbit about Hirose’s mom …who committed suicide when he was little. He found a bell that she left for him but apparently giving some girl a bell in this town means you like her (kinda how girls give guys chocolates for Valentine’s Day.) While the animation was better than usual this week, I still feel kinda meh towards the whole thing. It was more interesting watching a train wreck, but now everyone’s all lovey dovey and shit and I’m all like meh. It’s kinda like if School Days ended with Makoto and Kotonoha living happily ever after.

I guess the only exciting thing was when they burned Hayami’s place and she ended up living with Hirose. I don’t trust his old man, he seems to be getting brainwashed by that kusojiji. I hope he drowns lol, Hotaru should kill him with some sort of yandere tool.

What can I say? I’m sorry to say this, but I wish Tomoyo, and Kotomi would just go away. I don’t mind Kyo/Ryo since Ryo is in Tomoya’s class and those two were often around in Nagisa’s story anyway. Also interesting how the pace of the show suddenly went from Highway to School Zone (if you get my drift.) Oh well at least now they will focus solely on Nagisa & Tomoya.

P.S. The scene with Tomoya’s dad almost made me cry because I recalled the actual scene from the after story. (I bet if they had played negai ga kanau basho I would have been bawling.)

Upcoming Attractions: Tomoya finds out the reason Nagisa feels like she should apologize to her parents.

Koyasu is probably what keeps me watching this show.

Just for the record, yes I am still watching Rosario to Pantsu. Mostly because it’s fun to make fun of it in NicoNico comments. But you know, I said it before and I’ll say it again, now that I’m actually caught up in the manga as far as where the anime is, I’m sitting there going “what the fuck just happened to the story?” The story of the Newspaper Club going and taking notes on the human world, turned into a giant melon fest, destroyed any purpose of any remains of this story but they still attempted to make something of it in the end. It’s like how do you put together a Thanksgiving Turkey with chunks of pig fat? I dunno but GONZO is trying damn hard. I mean if they’re gonna stick it to being a melon and panty fest, why actually TRY to follow the story? Why not just make up some more filler monsters like that one episode and just have Moka kick her way through the rest of the series.

This really is turning out to be Gonzo’s most epic failure.

I noticed Scott’s entry about the School Days 12 DVD release and decided to check it out myself. Nothing out of the ordinary though, the erotic makeout scene was more detailed and of course the blood looked like blood rather than black ink.

I think what really did it for me was the sound effects. If you recall in the original episode you just saw the black ink splurging while our favorite song playing in the backround. Here of course all the sound effects were there. This was especially gruesome during Kotonoha’s “there’s no one inside” scene. I also noticed that if you look REEELLLY hard you can see Makoto’s hair and perhaps eyeball in that bag of hers lol. Continue Reading »

In an ongoing attempt to clear our my backlog of all sorts of dating sim games dating back to like 4 months ago, I decided to start by playing Asuka’s route in the GOS game. There’s Rei and Kaworu (for all the yaoi fangirls) too but well I hate Rei, and I’m not into gay, and I frankly would rather see Kaworu and Rei get it on with themselves than with Shinji. Anyhoo the biggest surprise to me was uh…where is Mana? Wasn’t the whole Steel Girlfriend thing supposed to revolve around her? I’m not really sure how this time around the game relates to her in any way. (Or maybe it’s not supposed to, someone enlighten me.)

Let me start out by saying this is the worst dating sim type game I’ve ever played. Not because of the art, not because of the (lack there of) story (or pr0n) but the actual game play itself. I followed this guide, and thank god the person told me where to click because trying to figure out the kanji/locations for all the districts and the geofront rooms maps made my head spin.
