H2O ~Friendship in the Sand~ - 05

too retarded enough this week to make me write a sarcastic summary. Actually despite the fugly animation and all that jazz I think my soul has been rocked. The reason that the village hates Hayami’s family is they believed they were “demons” and anyone who came in contact with them has bad luck. So like the village burned down their house but I guess they felt sorry and couldn’t kill the child (Hayami) or something. So now Hinata’s evil kusojiji is making her “get Hirose” so that they can have better luck. He also blames the death of Hinata’s sister on the fact that she was friends with Hayami.
Btw Hinata’s sister has a striking resemblence to Otoha. And on the topic of Otoha, I loled:
At the end of the episode Hirose forced (physically) Hinata to come visit Hayami. After crossing the bridge she saw the sign and appologized to Hayami and the two of them made up. Man I just wanna see that stupid jiji get knocked out. What a bastard, someone should set him on fire.
On another note - I saw the CGs from the game last week. Hirose is like incredibly hot/manly and has a huge wang. Why is it in the anime he’s portrayed as a wimpy shota? My god it’s like a 180 degree personality flip.

On the ep. While I enjoyed the reconciliation very much, I thought it was a tad sudden. Still I’m hoping Takumi gets less airtime after this so that we can see more Hayami X Hinata love.
And I think Hotaru is Otoha. Man, maybe their belief in the supernatural is not so far off given how the female Kaguyas have such divine genes.

The old man must have a real reason that Hinata should go out with Hirose, besides that this pairing should bring “good luck”.
I know it is not a yuri anime, but I’m betting that later, later on, it could surprise us all, just like Asami Hoshino from Myself;Yourself that surprised us all that she liked Syuri Wakatsuki instead of liking Sana Hidaka from the beginning of the series. She was sort of a raging lesbian, but not to a certain extreme.
