Naruto -Shippuuden- 264

complaint about how they spent 10 minutes showing people’s headshots like it was some kind of cosplay photoshoot.” Well we got our Narusaku moment but it took so long to get to it I almost fell asleep. I can’t decide at this point if it’s better to have actual episodes of filler, or follow the manga but stretch it out so bad that you have to watch it at 2x speed 
O well this week Sai “betrays” his team mates and goes to join Orochimaru’s buttsecks army with Sasuke and Kabuto. I have a feeling next week they’ll spend 20 minutes flying through the trees talking about how to take a dead body and disguise it as another person. Or something. Also here’s a bonus this week:

or maybe the anime suxorz so bad that no one watches it anymore!…well i still do and, yes, it still suxorz a lot people. but somehow i can’t stop watching… O_O
Yeah, it really is getting pretty bad with the stretched out episodes. I find myself just waiting until I have about 2-3 episodes to watch at a time to make up for the lack of plot development. I don’t know what’s worse, spending the majority of an episode just watching Naruto characters staring at each other or watching them fly through trees =/.
The stare contests make it so tempting to add stupid photoshops in…
I used to wait for episodes to pile up then marathon them, but that was during the first set of fillers (I think that plus Hinata is why they didn’t bother me so much the first time around) but now I feel the need to download & watch as quick as possible only to be pissed off through 80% or more of the ep for stalling.
I thought I would get used to it. I haven’t. I follow the manga as well and I know Sai “changes” but there is just something there I’m not sure of. But it’s inching closer and closer to Sauske and that’s what I’m waiting for.
I’m glad you had your Narusaku moment. Seeing that Hinata’s back in the land of unheralded characters, it will be a long while before I get some fan service.
But I’ll accept good action sequences in return. 
I read a post by one of the Dattebayo guys that spoke to the author of Naruto and that the coming chapters will focus on Kakashi & Sakura; so I’m looking forward to that.

I don’t trust anything Dattebayo has to say, most of the time they’re fulla crap lol.
Kakashi and Sakura - I guess that would be, what, Kak-Saku ??? (self-slap) bad bad bad bad. OK at some point Naruto is going to have to grow some more tails, so naturally what comes after 4? 4 is ‘bad luck’ anyway so maybe if he goes past the ‘4′ stage he can at least remember who he is… or would he become the Kyuubi? If he gets to 9 I suppose Yamato will have to kill him, end of series. So maybe 7 is a nice number for the ultimate form of Kyuubi-Naruto ? And thinking of Invisible Girl (aka Hinata, who really is one of my favorite Naruto characters, especially for comedy relief) would she totally freak out if she saw Naruto in Kyuubi form? Or has she ALREADY seen this with the Byakugan (and she’s one of those ‘attracted to power’ types, heh heh heh). Yeah, that’s too cruel. Most likely Hinata hasn’t seen the Kyuubi. It might be an interesting episode, a rare Naruto Hinata team for whatever reason, Naruto goes full-Kyuubi, and at the end of whatever fighting frenzy, Hinata’s the only one who’s available to bring him back down…
the episodes are getting really boring with 10 minutes of flying through trees.they should should make fillers between the arcs and work on the couples.

I read that post on like 14 different boards, but that’s the most reliable one. As Hinano pointed out, it could all be BS, but it makes speculating fun.

@nemuriryuu: I thought of that as well! Especially the last part where Hinata is the only one who can change Naruto back or something like that. That would be so awesome. But I have a feeling if something like that were to happen, it would be Sakura or Sauske or maybe even Karin.

I read the post I don’t think he means he’s gonna write KakaSaku shiping manifestos. I think he means he’s gonna have a plot involving Kakashi and one involving Sakura more into the story. I mean after all they are pretty important and Kakashi’s been getting shafted a lot during that Sasuke/Oro/Yamato/4k Arc.

Ahhh, Orochimaru and his army of young slender boys that he wants to get inside of. As if anyone who shows off his flat stomach would ever agree to cover it up with one of those ugly butt bows!
I know a lot of people are sick of Sauske and his brother, but for me this is the most interesting they have ever been.
The Naruto having the wait comment is discouraging, mainly because he is the Story. But I would like to learn more about Sauske.
And you’re Internet popularity shouldn’t be a surprise; you know you’re a celebrity.
(regarding JF 2008 comment, ‘Sakura also has to grow up.’) Does that mean that Tsudane dies? I hope not - she’s one of my favorite Naruto characters. Then they’d need another Hokage, and it’s way too soon to pick Naruto for the job. I think the Konoha elders won’t think twice about NOT picking Naruto at this point in time, regardless of who his father is, who trained him, or what Tsudane thinks of his potential. Naruto’s ability to control of the Kyuubi is just too unstable.
Sabrina - yeah, “I smell a fanfic” with a story line where Hinata’s the only one who can bring Naruto back down. Her past actions suggest that she’s likely to do a self-sacrifice move of some kind, maybe get herself killed. But would Naruto/Kyuubi hear H’s screams of pain as her skin is burned away? Could something like that ‘wake Naruto up’ from the Kyuubi’s overwhelming grasp? We only saw a tail whip hit Sakura last week (and she didn’t scream). But my take on it was that Naruto was simply pushing her out of the way, not attacking her (it’s just that he couldn’t do it without inflicting damage). He didn’t attack Yamato nor Sakura, even when Yamato was sealing him up. So maybe he’s not completely under the Kyuubi’s control in that state. Or maybe it’ll take some ‘beauty’ to tame the ‘beast’…
