I know it’s a bit early but since a lot of shows have either ended or are on break I probably won’t have anymore posts until 2008!

In the meantime, I fixed the Vista missing strokes bug thanks to someone’s brilliant discovery so now I’m going full speed ahead with the Haruhi x Kyon doujin :D. あけましておめでとう皆さん！来年もよろしく！　(*・ω-)⌒☆*｡゜

In otherwords, they get my creative juices (or bowels?) moving! So the last few weeks I’ve been mulling over whether or not to do a doujinshi for next year. I first said “I’ll do Ouran!” then I got all uninspired and didn’t really wanna do it anymore then the thought of a malfunctioning manga studio (hooray for missing strokes!) and the fact that I still have leftover doujins made me say “screw it” to the whole thing.

Well lo and behold I got bored and decided to check out some Haruhi Fanfiction! You know most fanfics are written horribly, make no sense, use awful grammar or are bursting with mary sues in every corner…however there were a few good Haruhi x Kyon ones that made me all moeeee 8D;. It started out as the usual “you are the culprit” crap but things got interesting when Sai appeared out of a Doberman and then had an exciting fight with Neuro up on top of a construction pole thing. I’m up to chapter 22 of the manga so I’m not sure how much of this is actually happening and how much is just anime originality. Neuro also mentioned that by hanging around humans, he becomes more human. Wait wut? IS this really true? Hasn’t been mentioned in the manga as far as I read. Also Sasazuka gets injured and gives Yako his notes saying “Sai may have killed your father.” I can acclaim for that as probably an anime original plot since they shuffled around the chapters in a really weird order. O well if you put the manga/anime/actual storyline comparisons aside, it was a pretty cool action packed episode.

Upcoming Attractions: Why is it that only the Sai related episodes are interesting? We’re back to criminal of the week it seems.

NOoo where’s my Ellis x Hiiragi kiss scene NOooo!!! Well besides that being a disappointment and him not really “ending up” with anybody we did get a bunch of one sided loves though lol. So Anzelotte decided to go against GM rules and bring Kureha back to life using her powers! Wait….where’s the rest? Is there an OVA coming, can anyone confirm? I want my SasaOgiue stuff! NOoooo!! Anyway hope you all had a merry christmas. Last year the finale on xmas was for Bokura Ga Ita (with also a disappointing ending lol.) The episode reminded me a bit of NHK ni Youkoso after seeing Sasahara surrounded in a dark room fulla trash bags. Ah well a great series, with a not so great ending. They also included a silly “fanservice” Ogiue scene for all the pervs who like her Hopefully there will be some sort of upcoming OVA to complete the story.

Well Monday’s flamebait is over. If you guys think the show’s terrible you should see the comments from the Japanese people watching it on NicoNico. I don’t know who said there’s gonna be another DCII sequel but at the rate this one went, I don’t know if I care to see it. Nothing in this episode made sense and after all that Koko fodder we got the robo ending. I think my favorite comment was “Let’s see the porn!” My guess is her story is so washed out that the only thing for the game player to look forward to is the sex scenes. I didn’t really pay attention to half the episode because the comments were more amusing than the episode itself. Also I loled at someone’s ending comments of “god knows” and “it’s a Haruhi parody!” If you dropped this show early on, you can pat yourself on the back for a job well done.
