So technically no raburabu this week however Renji and Ellis were the main characters of this episode while Akari and Kureha took a backseat. Even Anzelotte got like 3 minutes of screentime if that. Also, I did a Night Wizard fanart. :D So this week Ellis has a memory lapse thanks to a greeting cat (jk) and she and Renji get sent to the Tower of Babel! I felt some Nadia deja vu this week.

The bad gal this week is voiced by whoever voiced Nayuki’s mom in Kanon. Took me a while to recognize that milfy voice except this time rather than voicing a milf, she voiced an angry Ganguro maid. So this maid wanted to wake up her S….something Sama (I’m blanking out on the stupid name) and use Ellis as dinner because she had all the jewels. Needless to say Renji saved her in the nick of time.

So although while Renji saved her butt as usual, the ultimate attack was actually done by Ellis! She like made this crazy giant sword shape out of her “barrier” jewel plate thingies..and totally launched it in Ganguro Maid’s direction. Kirihito also made a cameo with his usual “you guys all suck compared to me” attitude, and in the end he blew up the Babel Tower lol. So now Ellis is down to only 1 Clow Card jewel left and the evil ho behind the shadows has it and “will not give it up”. At least jewel of the week is coming to an end, so I expect to see some coolness soon.

    Lol @ Ellis’s giant phallic weapon XD And I’m glad the jewel quest part of the series is almost over … this series is only 12/13 episodes, right? (Also, I love the fanart ^_^)

    I doubt the jewel bit is almost over …

    The story been so generic its easy to guess what will happen, also they been dropping hints about how they want Ellis to get then all that makes it even easier to figure out how things will play out.

    I do not hate it, I do not mind when shows are generic because even if they are not exactly breaking new grounds they are also not exactly trying something that is likely to blow up in their face.

    I watch Night Wizard, I do not hate it but its not as if the storyline is not following a very familiar line and there is nothing wrong with that, I prefer a well executed traditional plot line that a poor executed one.

    Also of all your current shows this is the only one I am watching (I was also watching KimiKiss but decided to ditch it), if you want me to praise shows then … I am sorry but Minami-ke is (unexpected) the only one I am enjoying this season so far.
