KimiKiss: Pure Rejected - 06
I’m kinda glad I switched from my standard format of summarizing shows to this short commentary format (with occasional exceptions) because summarizing this show is like trying to run a marathon in quicksand. I still kinda enjoy it, especially when Kazuki gets shot down by Futami 20 times lol. Also Mr. Saxy has emotions! 
He got mad at Mao for not coming to him for advice on hating studying *le gasp*. What bothered me was at the end of the episode when Koiichi ran towards Yumi and Mao had this “ew how dare he choose her over me” look. Wait wtf? You got Sax boy. Blah I hope this doesn’t end up at Koichi x Mao, it’s a big yuck to me at this point. Also, ENOUGH WITH THE FROGS.

Sorry but writing was in the wall since episode 1, they would have to around to that eventually in some form because otherwise it would have the pacing of a marathon in quicksand as plain romances are … well boring (works for side characters, does not work for main characters).
Also if you excuse me what is so good on sax player x Koiichi? I get no “romance” vibes from then and they feel more of a dead end relationship … at least Koichi x Mao relationship mechanics are working.
lol… i get the idea she’s nt all that excited wif sax boy… -.-” plue… he gave mao the worst date ever in the history of mankind… intresting episode this week wif tat soccer gals screaming her head off at cool gal bwahahja!!! i think we will see something like this (soccer_girls —> kazuki —-> cool_ girl) think that will happen!!! i think she’s just thiking about kai and his coldness towards her… or might really be jealouse…

I agree: that better not be jealousy. But I think it is, at least to a small extent. Maybe there was a hint of a smile at the end. Anyway, MaoxSaxguy looks good to me. He is gradually coming out of his shell. He’s a lot more manly and interesting than Kouichi, in my opinion. Not that I have anything against Kouichi. I’m enjoying his slow romance. And I’m enjoying KazukixSoccergirl. Personally, I’m even enjoying the frogs and their handlers, but I know that puts me in a group of about three people in the world.
Ever since the last episode, I already felt the ripples in Mao x Kai’s relationship. I guess this episode doesn’t make it any better. Mitsuki x Kai might just come true, once we see her enter the scene.

So does this mean Mao will end up with Koiichi? What will happen to Yumi-chan?

I see Mao actually thinking how well Koiichi x Yumi are doing and wondering why her and Kai aren’t as far along as them. I think Mao trying to steal Koiichi from Yumi would be interesting, but would probably entertain a mistake between those two, and alot of ep time devoted on Koiichi trying to keep Yumi from killing herself in various ways. I would get the sense that would be worse than seeing those 2 frogs all the time…
Mitsuki is the ojousama pianist/ballerina girl who is yet to have an episode focused on her… nothing is certain regarding Kai x Mao until she gets into the scene, I believe o__o But then I also don’t like Mao ending up with Kouichi =__=
If Kai and Mao will be able to patch things up, that’ll be great >_
if this really becomes a hell of a cat fight for a single guy… u’ll see hino slamming her head on the table XD hahaha!!!

Ummmmm……yea, I don’t see Mao going anywhere close to Kouichi. I think this episode pretty much established that he and Mao really only feel like brother and sister. I think that look of “jealousy” was just her reflecting on her own relationship with Eiji. Like, she sees that Yumi and Kouichi are doing well while she has her barrier with Eiji. :3
I want to like Kai x Mao, but their date was horrible and I didn’t feel the couple. But SAX BOY is hot and everything, which is sad for me that it’s not working out with Mao. I think Mao will feel some jealously, but I think Kouichi and Yumi is pretty much gonna happen. Maybe not without some angst or something. I don’t know who Mao is going to get though.
