LOL Wtf is this, days of our lives? XD I wouldn’t mind if most of Shana was like this except this is just so silly. Especially the end where Shana and Kazumi are on the roof eating alone rofl!! In the words of JP “WE’re gonna kill that bitch then double team him…except you get sloppy seconds.” That’s all I have to say about this episode. Next week seems to be a continuation of this so expect moar photoshop.

Naruto was pretty interesting this week to say the least. Well interesting if you actually read the manga and can breathe a sigh of relief that the neverending Gaara arc is over. It’s really amazing how long a handshake can take and how long Sakura touching a gravestone can take. Sometimes I wonder if before they complete the episode they like take some scenes and just put them in slow motion in order to fill in the exact time slot? I can’t think of any other reason. This was a good story building episode. Pardon me but I have a feeling that Puuko will be the first one to kick the bucket…well not TECHNICALLY but anyway. The Sunohara bowling scene made me lol. I think I had some residual laughing after that. Also the scene with Nagisa and Ryou was a bit overdone XD. Oh the other great scene was when they had the “game” sample where you picked what to do to Sunohara. I believe I picked the magic one too although while playing the game it made like no sense lol.

The one bizarre thing I noticed throughout the show is that they have changed the background music a few times. So much for staying faithful to the source material. For example at the end of the episode they did like a “vocal” version of the original bgm. Sorry but I liked the original better. I recall last week they used an accordion or something during one of Nagisa’s scenes. Wtf? I’m sure they were just trying to be creative but it totally ruined the mood for the whole scene for me. Also Kotomi was annoying as always. Gosh I hate her, I hope she’s the next to go after Puuko.

So this is the last volume that I have of this series. Does anybody know when volume 4 is getting released? I thought the back of the book said August but I could be wrong. It looks so moeeeliciously romantic *_* I want! Anyhoo this volume I guess is for the “boys” as it contains a chapter about a cosplay race, a chapter where the maid cafe has “oniichan day” and a ..you guessed it - a trap! Well and if you include the usual amounts of “moeee” here and there! First chapter just deals with a race that involves them picking up a bag of random cosplay and wearing it. Misa gets a maid outfit by coincidence, but then Yukimura wears it for her so that she doesn’t have it. It’s more of a Yukimura + teamwork focused chapter. Continue Reading »

I got a shitload of manga so I’m gonna try to do 1 book a day since I manage to read a lot of it on the train to work. Good news is that I got all the Shugo Charas today (I forgot to mention that there’s an Asahiya here in case Kinokuniya doesn’t have what I need woot!) but it cost me like $33 or something since I got volumes 2 and 3 in special edition. Well all that means to you is that I’ll be scanning any smexy pics with my SC posts yay :’D. Anyway back on topic, here’s volume 2 of Meidosama. I am so glad I bought this manga. I had trouble deciding and I musta walked around the shoujo shelf looking at it 3 times but it’s really worth the buy. This volume is probably for the girls as it contains a lot of yaoi terms, girls dressing up as boys (yes like Ouran) and even a short BL scene lol. Continue Reading »

Is anyone amused by the Hataraki Man Ondo? I really want it. When is the single coming out?? (I still want the Yama Onna Kabe Onna Ost too though ) Anyway this week focuses on Tanaka as a Hatarakiman. I have a feeling based on next week’s preview is they’re gonna focus on each character as their own “hatarakiman” and probably conclude the drama with some kind of end story regarding Hiroko (and probably her relationship with Shinji.) Also this week features the girl who played Sailor Venus in that live action sailormoon series…as herself - a gravure idol! Did she become a yama-onna since her last debut? Continue Reading »
