So this week on Yukan Club we face the age old question of a Japanese female - marry for money or marry for love. In this case, the girl in question decides to marry for love because the person she is marrying is an erojiji 20 years older than her. Karen seems to agree with her and they both say how “living” is like the “main course” while “love” is just a “dessert.” The life you live is sad. The only problem with our materialistic heroine is she has an ex-boyfriend who she still loves and had made a promise to start a sushi restaurant together.

So with the help of the club members, they decide to crash the wedding and let the girl meet up with her ex-boyfriend. It also turns out that the wedding day is the same day that he is opening his new sushi place. The groom’s yakuza party isn’t too happy because if the marriage is canceled, then they cannot obtain the fortune from the girl’s side. Of course because half of the Yukan Club are like master fighters there’s not much they can do.

My favorite part was probably Noriko slapping the groom like 4 feet into the walkway lol. At the end the girl also gets to find out who her real father is, because she admits to being adopted. During the credit roll we see the Yukan club eating sushi at their new restaurant and she and her ex got back together and got married. Man that made me want to eat sushi, maybe I will eat some with JP on Friday :d.
