Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai - 15

And so concludes the Takano childhood arc. I was surprised how far they took Takano’s abuse. I was also not expecting her phone call to get cut off…I mean how did he know where she was? Also those other two guys when they opened the bathroom door and saw the fingerless dick choking her they seemed surprised. Wait, weren’t you the ones who just knocked her into the ground (and probably raped her off screen? :| ) So yea I dunno anymore. I mean thanks to wikipedias and people’s comments I’ve been spoiled to no end and I know “who’s gonna win” but I guess I can’t help but pity her. She’s a sick abused person and at the end I really liked the scene with Hanyuu (for once Hanyuu wasn’t annoying) where she said “your will is strong, but ours is too” and well now it’s the battle of the “wills” or whatnot. I dunno at this point I’m pretty neutral. I’m temporarily putting my K-1 Team banners aside…too much pity for Miyon (Miyo, Miyoko whatever :P)

    Pity for Miyo aside, can you really cheer for her? I mean… c’mon, she may be a sympathetic character, but what she does just isn’t right.

    It’s one thing to understand why someone becomes insane and does crazy things, but it’s another to actually support said actions…

    I’m not supporting her actions I guess, but rather putting myself in her shoes. While what she’s doing is insane and wrong, I am justifying her desire for doing such things.

    it’s really amazing how they converted you (even a little bit) to miyo(ko)’s side after ~2 episode lol

    I had no idea that Miyo’s real name was Mikoyo Tanashi, which I believe it was from her dad’s professor, I think.

    And for once I have never seen Hanyuu all that very serious and decisive to fight against Miyo instead of the coward Hanyuu from the past story arc, especially in the glow of her eyes.

    just got sub for ep14 so im episode behind… I wish for Takano real win, that means reconciling with the world and finding happiness without revenge
