Sure animation mistakes are seen in TV, but companys DO fix those errors in the DVD version! We all know we won't have a complete 100% manga adaption of an anime. Some things are changed and there's nothing you can do about it! I for one don't care how the anime and manga are. I will always love both even if there are some changes. Besides, I know there are people out there who love the anime and don't care about the animation mess-ups and manga-to-anime changes. You can't blame Satelight for trying their best.
