Naruto -Shippuuden- 249-250

So finally we’re at the end of the log jumping saga and looks like next episode (hopefully) will conclude the Gaara arc (and then we’ll never see him again.) My favorite scene was probably where Naruto goes 2 tail Kyuubi…if you haven’t read the manga it’s definitely a taste of things to come. Probably the arc following the Gaara arc is my favorite one thus far in Shippuuden. (Well this was a pretty good arc too but I only particularly liked Sakura’s battle with Sasori.) Also this episode emphasized how useless TenTen is. She just doesn’t get a break XD. Deidara…what can I say? I’ve read ahead in the manga, so it’s hard for me to hate him as much as I did when I first saw this story. In any case, it looks like they’re skipping like 2 weeks of Naruto and the next episode will air 10/18.

    10/18 is 3 weeks after this ep aired, even more of a wait than the 2 weeks of no new One Piece :(.

    I liked this double ep but the start recapping basically the whole of the best part of the last ep and leaving the end of this arc till next ep annoyed me :x

    I’m really looking forward to the next arc!

    This double episode was pretty good. Had some action in it. But 3 weeks?! Sheesh…

    I might be a little slow on this but…

    was TenTen newly added into the ending this episode?
    She was sitting on the hill towards the end with the rest.

    freaking Kakashi and his wormhole creating, space-time bending sharingan. Might as well throw Q from Star Trek in. Actually, I don’t mind the variety and think it’s a cool jitsu. But the effect looked pretty cheesy — like a screensaver. The layered on CG ripple/warp affect was totally obvious.

    this chapter was okay… but the whole deidara dodging the MS lastest too long.
    did anyone notice the walk on part that anko got? i had to rewind the vid just to make sure i say what i thought i saw! it was a pleasant surprise as she is a smexy Kunoichi…

    Deidara grows on you, but I’d say that it’s thanks to Tobi the good boy lol

    I’m looking forward to the next arc as well, but I find the starting part in the manga to be a bit boring, so I’m quite afraid of what the anime would throw at us. Sai just simply annoys me, but can’t wait to see Tobi and Yamato.

    several of the past arcs have gone ‘on and on’ like the puppet battle, as in 5 minutes’ worth of action stretched over several episodes.

    I can’t watch this show (or read the manga) without worrying about Jiraiya…

    The American version has just entered the beginnings of the never ending fillers. I don’t watch them religiously, only when I’m working on Saturday nights or studying or something lame; but I think they are showing 2 episodes at a time. I assume to hasten the process.

    I didn’t even notice three-three or whatever her name is, in the episode.

    I’m only looking forward to Sauske’s intro and the Sai stuff. The manga is hooking me far more than the anime these days.

    Yea I read both manga and watch anime….only really watch anime is I’m curious to see all this stuff I ‘read a long time go’ to be finally animated or whatnot (damn it’s almost 2 years since I got into naruto O_O;)

    ahahaha, sucks for you but gaara is bein revived ^^ if they did kill him off, a bunch of fangirls/boys would all get pissed and i bet they’re ratings would go down ^^
