C(the butterfly girls) and the blonde used to belong to the East side too.( they said they used to work with Kakko) but they were being taken by the central. So both two sides were so getting Shiika as the side that capture her gets her power. That is not spolier and it somehow did explain in the anime. However, somehow this anime didt explain lots of thing and assume we will get it with their three-or-four lines conversation. those didt read the friction, like my friends just dont get it.
