Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai - 12
So can someone
tell me why we had nice food instead of this week’s episode last week? Was it because of the flashbacks to season 1 or because of a police officer getting shot? Hmm..Well anyway this week’s episode was pretty informative but I almost feel like I’m hearing “people die when they are killed.” Most of this I recall was part of the whole “suspense” of season 1 making me run around google looking for answers and spoilers…and now here they go telling everyone out in the open that hey we all got this mad cow disease that makes us go bonkers when we leave Hinamizawa! The only interesting fact I didn’t know is when Rika said it’s not “hinamizawa” that people are getting out of but they’re getting away from her. Apparently she’s the one keeping their sanity in tact or something. Also at the end I was like “Silly Oishi, you’re gonna get shot!” And so he was. o_o; How predictable.
O well I’m just happy they aired the damn episode.

How come they don’t blame the freaking dad? LOL I don’t care if he’s the victim but he musta done something bad and prolly beaten his son for bad grades or something to make him so enraged.
At where I come from, you would be a bad parents if you don’t beat your kid when he gets bad grades.
Oh, and if you think just talking to your kids is enough, you’re in la-la-land.
Well, so much for the DVD release. I believe the next episode is the last one of the current story arc and it’s one of the bloodiest hence the title (Massacre chapter).
Let’s see if they (TV broadcasters) try to pull a “School Days” move for this upcoming episode.
Keep eyes open everyone, just in case IF they do, OK?

Might be it since the person killed as also a police officer.
As for crime …
First it was his 16 years old daughter, not son and the reason was given was “hating him” … honestly, are you people trying to blame a 46 years POLICE SARGENT over this?

And you know what, for all we know the dad coulda beat his daughter and maybe even sexually abused her. It doesn’t matter what the adults think of him as being a “good parent” because Japanese are fucking white lying geniuses and no one ever fucking knows why “this happened” because no one ever makes it obvious.
Well as far we know he could be a pod people and she saved mankind from being enslaved … lets not make theories were the victim is the culprit, that is usually the defense of rape cases.
does no one realaize that if they aired the show that pretty much is the instigator for this whole mess then its faily certain that they will air school days ^_^ seeing as how it was just an innocent bystander
i’m pretty sure they will air school days, this one japanese schedule site lists it as being NOT canceled on AT-X this Thursday. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
I don’t know if anyone have noticed, but if you see the intro images where the images are intercut, they replaced the image where you see the blood splatter and the hatchet with blood stains on and put in the image of the junk yard instead.
Yea I head about that replacement but I couldn’t recall where in the OP it was XD

well Ooishi deserves being shot for not being able to solve Hinamizawa case for over 100 years!

Hey guys, I’m just wondering…how come on the twelfth episode, in the opening Naraku no Hana, the bloody cleaver was taken out of the opening? It was there on the first 11 openings, but on the 12th episode it’s just…gone. O__o
