Mushi-Uta - 10

Published by Hinano at 9:48 pm under Mushi-Uta

You know I’ll be quite honest. I don’t get it. It seems like the plot is moving a long, but I just don’t get it. I keep hearing them say stuff and I go “whoa that’s cool” but then what I though I heard, turns out completely different. I dunno if I’m just so occupied with all the coolness of this show to properly understand the story but it seems too complex for my brain to process. From what I understand, when the bug gets shot, the person gets lifeless and goes to this “garden” or whatever. At that “garden” they are like puppets and if they are told to cry, they cry, if they are told to kill themselves, they have to do so. Eventually everyone including Daisuke finds out that Shiika managed to escape the “garden”, but neither she nor does anyone else know how.

At the end of the episode, Rina discovers that Daisuke = Kakko. She gets pissed off that because of him innocent people are dying and almost kills him - but stops last minute. He tells her that perhaps what she’s doing is wrong. Perhaps the reason Shiika managed to escape is because she “faced” it and not let her bug eat her dreams…while Rina’s so angry it’s consuming her making her more vulnerable or something ?_? Anyway she takes off to the “garden” which I really don’t get. She took a train, but then there was a crash and when she woke up she was in “the garden” fulla the lifeless souless people (at which point she screamed.) I don’t get it, seriously. I guess because the series is so short it’s not enough time to flesh out everything, which is really making it hard to keep up with this show.

Upcoming Attractions: I don’t even know which character they are referring to in the preview. How sad.

Garden is the name of Kakkou/Haji’s HQ, where they take the people who have had their mushi killed. That’s all, really. Rina’s just after it because they’ve been attacking and killing mushi users and she thinks that she can free them.

I still didn’t get wats the notion of this “garden” place. I only know its like a top secret facility.

I understood it quite well on my first go around. Then again i wasnt really completely lost. Glad they became enemies. Makes things all the more interesting.

She wants to free the hosts that the sepb captured. Some things dont make sense but that isthe point to the story. They will make sense later. I ‘ve watch tons of anime i was lost on but i like being lost. Its more interesting to me. I say its good it is storytelling which is why i like this anime.
