Nanatsuiro★Drops - 12 (Finale)
And so our magical girl show no. 1 
of this season has come to an end. They pretty much rushed it in all the wrong places and dragged it out in all the wrong ones as well. I will make a few notes below to what they have skipped. Overall though I guess it was an okay show. As I have stated over and over, the show was really watered down from the game and potentially COULD have been a bit longer. Also they really made Sumomo into a crybaby here, without actually showing that she had grown out of it - aside from the last episode (where I honestly feel she SHOULD have cried because it was something worth crying over.) They also skipped the scene where Sumomo confessed to Tsuwabuki saying that she liked him, because she was hoping it would trigger his memory. They also skipped the part where despite the fact that he politely tells her he doesn’t remember much, she wants to give him her virginity. This is actually what would have happened during the anime credits roll:

What they skipped though is there was a small omake at the end where Haru went to Sumomo’s house and it turns out her mom came back from abroad. She was happy to see Sumomo and glad to meet Haru and accept him as part of their “family”. The sensei was there too since he is Sumomo’s uncle, her mom’s brother. Also the short scene in the anime where they were walking under the stars actually was where the credits rolled in the game and Sumomo told Haru stories about all of their good times together that he had forgotten.
Anyway my only recommendation is to play the game, or at least check out my review of it. The anime didn’t really do this game any justice, but it might have been enjoyable had I not known there’s greener grass on the other side.

That is the problem with most H-game conversions. They have to leave out the H to accomodate the ratings.
There’s supposedly bonus animated segments on each of the DVDs, so perhaps the omake you’re referring to could be animated for the final DVD
Hey! The ED is the game OP! Which happens to be a good OP :3 visually and music-wise. Not to say the anime OP isn’t bad either. Then again, the H-music group from I’ve is always good. :3
I watched about 5 episodes and stopped, it wasn’t at my interest at all. It’s just not worth it, I just have to wait for a new fall season animes, I hope they have a better one than this.

Kind of disappointing, but I guess it’s an ok 12 episode anime.

I was really looking forward to this before the season started, but Sumomo just ruined it for me…I think after she cried about something for the sixth straight episode, I just couldn’t take it anymore. I couldn’t help thinking Kinomoto Sakura came across as more mature and she was in what, fifth grade? ;;
I don’t feel all that disappointed with it. She was a crybaby. That part was annoying, but other than that, the cute factor and romance did it for me.
Of course, I never played the game, so that helps.
What you don’t know can’t irritate you. But for what has been a lackluster summer season for me; not liking much of what was out there, I’ll take what little I can get.
Oh yes… and not enough of the triplets
