The LOLs and droppings of Umisho

Published by Hinano at 9:40 pm under Umisho

Well by this point I’ve decided to drop blogging Umisho. Not because I hate the show, but because blogging this show has become completely pointless. It’s gotten down to the point where unless you watch the episode, it isn’t funny. I can sit here talking about how that guy put on that goofy blue boner suit and how he ripped off stuff from the team’s bikes to use in practice…but it’s just not as funny as if you just watched the episode yourself. To be honest I laugh every week, I love this show and me and JP watch it together because we find it hilarious. Unfortunately I cannot convey the humor into words and posting massive screencaps is not something I like I do except on special occasions. So yea with that in mind I will be dropping this from my blogging schedule, but I do encourage everybody to watch this show because although fanservicy, it makes fun of itself and is very enjoyable to me.

I understand, its a gag show (its from a gag manga) with not much of a main plot so I guess there is not much to write about (since many of the gags are visual and have to be seen).

I wish they would stop with the cockteasing and actually move the characters a bit. I have not read the Umisho manga but I have read the Nagasarete manga and I am getting a similar feeling. Lol I read a full three volumes of Nagasarete before I lost all hope and deleted the whole folder in disgust. What a waste of time.

Does not happen in the manga much either … there is some (Mirei behavior makes A LOT of sense when you see her parents in the manga) but this is a gag manga first, everything else later.

It’s a really odd time to stop coverage when there are only like 2 episodes left, but ok xD. I wish I could get the episodes but I’ll have to wait till I can stop back home to get them (uni…ew). I can see where you’re coming from as far as not having anything to say, but you should still do a final impression at the end or something….like a lot of the other shows you’ve covered before :)
