This episode made me laugh and almost cry (you can’t cry on a packed subway train!) It started when Megumi’s old high school friend went give a speech about his wall designs. Unfortunately because of his accent, no one was able to understand him and the audience began to giggle and whisper. (I’ll be honest I have no idea wtf he was saying either.) So then Megumi runs up on the stage, and tells people to listen to him and what he is trying to say because he has this accent. She is reprimanded by her boss later but her friend then treats her to dinner and beer as a thanks for “saving” him. He also blatantly says “I know you like me” lol.

One night Megumi’s hot water goes out and she calls her bar friends to borrow their shower. Instead they call for her friend guy to come over and fix it. She is thankful that he did this for her and the two of them get drunk until they pass out. Megumi then has a dream that he is on top of her about to kiss her. Also while he was sleeping she took a magic marker and drew stuff all over his face rofl. I dunno about Japanese markers, but that stuff doesn’t just come off overnight in America lol. In the meantime at Marukoshi, one of the higherups from London comes with intentions to take over the store.

He uses the glasses old guy to spread nasty rumors about Megumi. Megumi finds all the faxes and tells everyone “this is a mistake!” She corners the guy and asks him what the deal is. He tells her that its top secret but the “vampire” guy from London forced him to do this. Apparently from what I understood, he wants to put that guy who keeps hitting on Megumi - out of work along with his father who has been ill in the hospital (because of too much exercising at the gym lol.) While all this is going, one of the store’s prestigious customers is coming to pick up a bag that Marie accidentally dropped & broke. Matsubara runs everywhere but manages to get a replacement just as the customer walks in.

Later on when Marie and Megumi are having dinner - Marie admits that she has fallen in love with Matsubara. Megumi is beyond shocked but when she questions why, Marie says that she has the hots for men who work so hard that they sweat. Rofl ew :SSSS One night when Megumi goes back to get something out of her locker she runs into the bucho’s son talking to one of the security guards. He’s near tears because apparently he has to quit in order for he store not to be sold or something - thanks to the vampire London guy. He tells Megumi that he and that security guard have been like best friends since he was 10 years old (and they shared a porno book together lol.) He thanks Megumi for setting him straight and as a reward wants to take her to dinner. She sighs but agrees lol. In conclusion, one of Megumi’s iinaka friends shows up in a nice suit and tells her he’s getting married - to Ooyama-san - much to everyone’s shock.

Upcoming Attractions: Every guy seems to want Megumi O_O lol.
