Somewhat back, hopefully fully functioning by tomorrow. 
Alright guys it looks like we’re getting bloody endings for sure. I mean those knives - could they make it more obvious? 
Also I love how he says that Otome is “different” and doing her is “thrilling”. So I see that Makoto has discovered the “sex friend” for his collection of manwhore trends. Oh and I think Otome is probably the most despised female in the show for me. I mean come on “I didn’t think you saw me as a girl until now”. LOL THATS RIGHT GIRL YOU GO WHORE YOURSELF OUT SO THAT HE THINKS YOU’RE A REAL WOMAN! Because CLEARLY Makoto is REAL MAN to attest to this! *thumbs up* I hope she gets stabbed first lol. Actually I thought when the two girls were on the bridge at the end, Kotonoha was gonna whip out the hacksaw of doom(tm).
I guess they really are trying to combine all the endings into one. Well as long as they all die I’m happy. Also Taisuke has come out to be a redeemable character for me. I mean the man honestly tried to pursue a relationship with her! Rape? Yea My ass. If Kotonoha had all her marbles she coulda easily said no and he woulda stopped dead in his tracks. The way she’s acting she deserved it. (LOL NO FLAMES PLZ)
Upcoming Attractions: Everyone’s Makoto - is actually one of the game’s Harem endings where “Makoto does it with various girls other than Kotonoha and Sekai”. Lol. Shouldn’t that have been the name of this week’s episode?

hmmm although Kotohona is somewhat at fault I wouldn’t say she deserves it I mean no one really deserves rape

Dragoon> I didn’t see it as rape. It seemed like he was so in love with her, he figured it would be ok, but because she didn’t push him away she just lay there like a log and let him have his way - he assumed that she was ok and she perhaps had some sort of feelings for him to and let him do this. He wouldn’t have even bothered with her if he was trying to rape her. THis is total BS, he was not forcing her or slapping her or threatening her at gunpoint.
Ren> Oh the series is only 12? I thought it was 13 woops. I dunno to be honest I’d have to watch the episode to decide a title but for some reason it seems like “Bloody conclusion” is gonna be the title for ep 12 at this rate.

These characters have been asking for it ^_^ They call Higurashi a killer loli show, but that one’s all about basically good people who make terrible mistakes, but end up being solid friends who band together to change their fate. With School Days, you have characters who are only thinking of themselves and who are basically very weak (and shameless too) :), making a tragedy inevitable.

Seriously - at this point, I’m rooting for a (very) bloody ending. Starting with Makoto meeting the Bobbitt treatment for overeager hormones.

How exactly is it a tragedy? With people like that, a little “thinning out” sounds like a good idea to me…
Actually Taisuke could be tried for rape since Katsura could argue that she could not have said no. The inability to say know means that Taisuke could be arrested for raping her. Still he’s a samrt boy and backs off, It looks like Taisuke might be the last man standing when Krazy Kat initiates the Sakakino Slaughter.
Have fun Katsura while you take them apart; remember to cut their fingers off one at a time. Smart girl she knows that Setsuna is trying to flee the country, better get to her first. I disagree that this ending is headed for tragedy. That would imply that someone actually cares if these bastards die. Nay, when Katsura massacres the lot of them it will be a most glorious purge.
One knife per victim… that way she can name her pretty shiny knives with names such as Sekai Slayer, Kato’s Bane, Anduril Flame of Sakakino, etc.
Oh boy OH BOY! That bridge scene at the end. We all know what’s coming next!!! *giddy* *giddy*

i really think that Taisuke does not love Kotohona if you truly love someone you do not take advantage of them especially in the way that Taisuke took advantage of Kotohona If he really did care for he should have supported in her time of need
I just wanted to let you guys know because of all the server moves some comments here may be lost. *but i read them all before this happens* XD Great commentary!
While Taisuke did rape her in the game(which also made it a little more clear that he had raped her). I don’t think that’s the case here…
He didn’t force her to do anything and she didn’t once fight it…while it could be construed as passive rape She didn’t really seem to take it as rape either though it could be argued that it’s because of her personality.
The way how it ended this episode makes me believe that it is too early for the “Bloody Conclusion” for the next episode since the next one it’s titled “Everyone’s Makoto”. The ending could go either way.
It could end this one as mentioned or it could end with another bad ending “Eternally” (which it should have some relevant connections to conclude this ending) since the “To My Children” bad ending has no relevant connection to this story in the anime version, who knows.

I love the bridge scene. If you crank up the volume, you can hear the lovely sound of knives clanging on knives hidden in her purse as Kotonoha walks. Hopefully, she starts using them very soon. Two episodes is nowhere near enough time to watch Makoto and his harem suffer.
Nice new layout. The color scheme is much cleaner and pleasant too. Nice work.

Seriously, after watching this episode, “Makoto” is now officially included in my dictionary as a term to describe any worthless piece of trash of a person who is lacking in morals and conscience (or any form of self-dignity for that matter) and lets his pants be the supreme dicKtator of his every move and action. In my opinion, killing Makoto would just be letting him off easy……

You know … Makoto is not the “scum of the earth” as I seen worst in shoujo … far worst.
Also I take that next episode is named as such because Hikari is still on the list (she is actually one of the girls that have a ending) and since this was Setsuna episode … my guess next one its Hikari turn.
Also I am not hypocritical enough to not remember when I was that age and its realistic for a boy to act that way … I know that I likely would since we are wired that way, anyone that says otherwise is either a hypocrite or batting for the other team.
Only thing I have to say is they ARE making any ending difficult to guess and considering the gender they doing (eroge adaptations) its a difficult job.

I said “when I was that age” … I am older now and realize a lot of mistakes I done in the past, being a manwhore was not one of then because … well that (4 women wanting the same guy) does not happen in reality now does it?
And yes all men are playing manwhores because we are biological programed to be playing manwhores but because human race are also programed to follow a social construct we are not playing manwhores unless society allows such behavior, since it (current) does not people that like are viewed as deviants and that behavior is at the very least frown upon.
And that is the difference, Makoto is simply a anime character and what you see a unrealistic on the girls behavior might not be if you take under consideration the accepted role of women in japanese society is a submissive one … remenber, they are not making this show for a western audience (can you see that being licensed in puritan US of A?).
In short, this is likely somewhat aceptable in japanese society … just not in western (USA) society (KnJ anyone?).

But yea probably the way the girls are acting (especially Kotonoha) is what Japanese women might act like in that situation - this I agree with. An American woman wouldn’t go after the girl he’s cheating with. She’d go to him, cut off his penis and walk away laughing.

I think Makoto is scum and I can’t imagine every guy on the world with 15-16 years doing the same dirty thing in fact Romeu had 16 years and he loved Juliet didn’t he 8D?

I do have a issue saying Makoto is a “player” since its not as if he is going after then … it is in fact the opposite, he does seem to think with his pants but then again … 15 years old male and I was one, I can say that unless you are or were a 15 years old male you cannot really know how we are at that age.
Also there is a issue, Makoto does what he does because besides Setsuna none so far have asked for a exclusive relation, he have not much reason to not act in a “responsible” way.
And please do not bring “Romeo and Juliet”, that is a tragedy romance or any other idealized romance since they have nothing to do with reality, Prince Charming does not exist since such behavior is not natural and the Ladder Theory is right.
Besides remenber one thing is instinct and we humans usually shut down instinct and act in a “rational” way, I have no interest in being a manwhore and never had much interest in being one, I do know such urges were much stronger when I was younger … those urges never pass the fact what I am only willing to accept is a exclusive relation, that is simply the way I am but not everyone have the same set of values I have.

So yep, I’ve been following this series for a while now. And…I pity Kotonha, the poor girl. It seems to me that as the episodes go by, her character gets even more and more pathetic >_>; I don’t like Otome either, the whore that she is.
Prediction: Kotonha will commit suicide, posess Sekai and murder Otome, while Makoto shall die of a heart attack. :HOPES:

I hate this dude here Makoto Ito he shouldn’t have affairs. To me he doesn’t care which girl as long as he gets want he wants and look what he has done to Katsura and if katsura kills someone it’s makotos fault ! ! ! i rest my case
I disagree Hinano, stabbing is not a suitable punishment for this kind of thing, he should be locked on a room with michael jackson for 5 years, then burned and THEN stabbed.
Basicaly, what this series (the anime at least) boils down to is: Makoto’s a SLUT
Makoto is indeed a slut. But, having all the posts about this series being unrealistic, I need to step in. I would argue that this series is overdramatic, but one of the most realistic anime I have watched.
High school age girls are probably the dumbest segment of the population, and will continue to try to be with a total d’bag manwhore. And manwhores exist - I know several guys here in college who I believe would still behave VERY much like Makoto… getting laid whenever they can and completely ignoring everyone else’s feelings. Also, I have known and dated girls who behave not so very much different from the girls in this anime. One girl who I dated for only a few months threatened to kill herself when I broke up with her. I watched a girl I went to highschool with continue to tell people she was in a relationship with a guy she slept with twice, who cared nothing for her and denied being involved with her. I have also seen girls try to come on to me or other guys I know with the full knowledge that there is another girl in the picture. Both d-bag guys and slutty and/or irrational girls exist, and are more common than you might believe.
To sum it up, I think that although its dramatized (obviously, thats what keeps people watching) it really isn’t that far off from what can and does happen in highschools here in the U.S. - although the bloody ending was over the top.
