Naruto -Shippuuden- 240

So this week was the beginning of the Sakura/Chiyo vs Sasori battle. The flashbacks were annoying as usual and them interrupting the battle with scenes of Naruto/Kakashi vs. Deidara was really disruptive. In the manga they had those scenes afterwards so that you had a continued view of the action. I swear the direction of this show is horrible sometimes. I also noticed they sensored things. Wow Naruto censoring go figure. When before the fight Chiyo said “Don’t worry we’ll finish this off fast” in the anime, in the manga she actually said “Don’t worry, I’ll kill you fast.” Like oh god forbid someone DIES in Naruto. :roll: Also I wish they had shown Sasori’s real face at the end but they’re saving it for the next episode.

Upcoming Attractions: Why in the name of god are they still showing Team Gai!? Finally Sasori’s true form.

    I loved this episode and was very impressed with how Chiyo and Sakura were able to dodge those tiny needles!!!
    but then it ended. I was like “WTF?!” They made us wait two weeks for the next one and it wasn’t even that long!?

    i didn’t mind the transitions to Kakashi and Naruto that disturbing…maybe the person who directed this episode had ADD like I did! XD

    I was thinking that if you don’t follow the manga, that this was probably one of the best episodes of the new season. Sakura is coming into her own, and the ever intriguing Chiyo is showing her stuff, add in a near manic Naruto and an ever smooth “Kashi” and there was nothing to complain about.

    If you’ve been waiting for this scene for the last 5 months, as I have been, it’s not so disappointing but annoying as heck! As pointed out, the flash backs and mouthy “Bang” guy and what not. I just want the throw down.

    But I did find the little “Joke” at the end with the dango interesting. I wonder if they are trying to soften the blow that’s coming.

    But recalling how much Sakura & Chiyo have to do to take down her grandson; this can take longer than it did for Gaara too die… LITERALLLY!

    It’s not like I can stop watching, so I’ll just hope for the best. :)

    It takes 10 chapters for them to defeat him, so were looking at 3 months before this fight is over… gez…

    Amen, 4 episodes of ramping the combat up for every character (At least), then maybe start finishing off the least important fights first. I can see it now, once Lee is done with his fight he’ll say something like I’m coming Kakashi and we’ll have 20 flashbacks of Lee coming…per episode.

    lol that was a good ep but i want sai to come in and i want the fight to be over soon and they should of showed sasoris face and whats with all the flashbacks they need to get on with it
