So as I’m watching
this show the sinking feeling of this being targeted towards little girls is starting to hit hard. As far as plotline, this week Sumomo catches another drop, and Nadeshiko finds out that Sumomo’s been doing some magical girl work on the side. In the game, the first time Nadeshiko saw Sumomo practicing doing mahou shoujo crap on her veranda. She only saw her doing the actual catching the 2nd time. Also needless to say the episode cut out some fanservice for the fanboys.
Originally Yuki-chan came into Sumomo’s room letting her know that her dad left a package for her. When she opened it she giggled about the dress her mom sent her from abroad. He then ran into her changing one time and she got stuck putting it on herself. He wasn’t being a peeping tom through the window. (Unless they plan to show this scene next time? But yea I doubt it if Nona is coming next week already.)
So also I don’t know why when Tsuwabuki didn’t transform the next day, he didn’t run to Kisaragi sensei. In the game, anytime something “out of the usual” happened, he’d be running instantly to Kisaragi. Here in the anime he’s like “ah whatever”. Also he seems so…DEAD in the anime. I mean it felt like he was more alive when he didn’t have a voice in the game. He always looks stoned in the show, I don’t know what the deal with that is. Also Nadeshiko shoulda been mentioned in the rain/umbrella convo with Sumomo…Tsuwabuki said “I just figured because you guys are always together.” Once again any attempt to give him development was thrown out the window.
Oh also you boys missed some more fanservice when Sumomo came out of Nadeshiko’s bath in a towel. There was also some nosebleeding involved on Yuki-chan’s side 
Sigh ah well.
Those were the funniest parts too. The end of the episode annoyed me with the focus on Sumomo & Nadeshiko. I mean if they were trying to steer clear of being Card Captor Sakura they certainly failed with the Tomoyo aspect. I guess the only difference is…since Nadeshiko can get with Tsuwabuki in the game, all the yuri fanboy hopes get crushed right there.
Upcoming Attractions: Nona Yuuki, also known as Prima Asperas, transfers to Tsuwabuki’s school. I wonder if they’ll have the exposed panty scene. *ponders*

Yea, I don’t understand why some people were trying to say that this wasn’t going to be aimed toward a younger female audience. I mean the show is sponsored by Geneon, which basically means it will be brought to the states soon after airing. They wouldn’t bring over a show that was aimed towards lolicons so readily. It just proves that shows do not always have to follow their source material. Well, Sumomo is still pretty cute…just not in an offensive way.
She’s never really “offensive” in the game either…until you get to “those” scenes
You mean a eroge adaptation that misses the point (and, I am not talking about the H scenes) and ends up sucking?
What are the odds … (pretty damn big).
I mean I don’t find the anime awful, it’s still really cute but the fact that I KNOW what’s missing is taking a few things away from it
I think its more they always miss, granted its not easy to adapt what is a interactive experience into a anime but most of the time they seem to be just wanting to cash in the otakus that will watch the anime and buy the DVD just because they have the game.
Also when you said your impression this is going to a maho shojo kids show ends up being the same that I have, I honestly quit half way into the first episode (and I tried to watch it twice) because honestly I could not hold interest.
Needs more H! And you missed hentai meganekko last week!
