Lovely Complex - 12
So last week 
Ootani ditched his ex for Risa and said that Risa may be better “fit” for him. Risa is insanely happy and despite the two of them having their usual bickering she’s in love with him anyway. Valentine’s Day is coming up and Risa is wondering what to do and if Ootani will accept her chocolates. She starts to remember how the year before he told her he didn’t want any but Nobu convinces her that the atmosphere between the 2 of them is getting better and Risa should go for it anyway.
Risa runs into Seiko and Haruka who are shopping for ingredients to make Valentine’s Chocolates. Seiko is gonna give hers to Ootani and Haruka is angry upon hearing that Risa is gonna give hers to Ootani as well. She tells them that Ootani rejected her but she loves him anyway so she will not give up. Seiko is totally on Risa’s side, but Haruka is pissed off despite the fact that he has 9 girlfriends that he says are “preparing him” for the day he will go out with Risa.
One day during class, Haruka bursts in and yells at Ootani for rejecting Risa - right in front of the entire class. The entire class starts looking down on Ootani and saying that they’re all on Risa’s side. Even Nobu and Takeshi both abandon him and although confused Risa feels a bit happy. She explains to Haruka that she’s the one who can’t give up and it’s not Ootani’s fault. Later, after everyone finishes making chocolates Risa imagines herself giving them to Ootani.
When Risa goes to give Ootani the chocolate, he refuses it and asks if it can be “giri” instead of “real”. Risa is like wtf? He says that he can’t accept her feelings when he feels half assed about her. He walks away but then Risa goes after him and throws the chocolate in his face. She yells saying that it’s her fault that she can’t give up on him and not his. She tells him not to listen to what Haruka said and she wants them to be just as they were before. Ootani accepts the chocolate but when he opens it it says “small idiot” because I guess Haruka wrote that on the chocolate when Risa went to take a bathroom break.
Upcoming Attractions: Risa & Ootani have a futarikiri study session in his room (but I’m pretty sure they never actually get to kiss.)

Actually, according to the manga, a kiss does occur in the next episode. It does not count, though, because Ootani does not remember it (the retard was sick and passed out). D:

At least Haruka had a bit more fight left in him in the end…these subs don’t come fast enough.

Oh! I read that in the next part in the manga. Jerk uses sickness as an excuse to forget the kiss. Kidding, kidding, he fainted from fever, forgetting the kiss, not on purpose.
This show needs more penetrat…ing emotional scenes.

Yes, the retard WAS TRYING TO TEASE HER WHILE GETTING RICE FROM HER HAIR and FUCKIN’ PASSED OUT, causing the “bumping incident.” X_X” Way to go, Otani. AND WTF!?
