So I guess as far as Risa & Atsushi go, we’re pretty much in limbo until he realizes that he wants to have her babies. Nobu suggests that Risa “stick her boobs out” but not literally. She basically says in order for Atsushi to like her, she has to act more feminine instead of constantly arguing with him. This is the reason he sees her more as a comedy partner rather than a girlfriend. Also Christmas is coming up and Risa remembers how in the previous year Atsushi ditched his ex to go hang out with her instead.

Risa then tries her best to be feminine by asking Atsushi if he has any plans for Christmas. He says he’s busy because he’s attending a party with his old middle school basketball team and when Risa asks if his ex is gonna be there he responds with “Well probably since she was the manager.” Risa is really depressed but with the help of Nobu, she ends up going to the party with Atsushi after he asks if shes “free”. Lucky for Risa though, at the party Atsushi’s ex is not there.

Lucky for Risa part 2 is that a lot of the basketball team guys said they wanted to nudge Atsushi and his ex together. One of them was like “but I thought she has a boyfriend?” while another one was like “yea but they’re not really doing too well”. Risa is depressed when she overhears and she cries saying she wants to go home, with Nobu restraining her back. Atsushi and a team member watch from far away and the team member says to him “I know she’s not your type, but she seems like a fun girl.” Atsushi replies with “yea she’s fun” and the other guy says “So you like her then don’t you?” and Atsushi only replies with “I don’t know.” Stupid head :<

So then Nobu talks to her boyfriend and they ask the whole team to cooperate to get Atsushi and Risa “closer together”. Their brilliant idea is to lock the two of them in the sports equipment shed. Now I know this always seems to work in ero-games but I guess it doesn’t work like this in shoujo manga. In the shed Risa gives Atsushi a Christmas present she got for him which is a pair of gloves. He thanks her and then walks up close to her going “Do you really like me that much?” Before she can respond she blushes and freaks out and they begin their usual banter. I honestly thought he was gonna kiss her, but I guess I’m jumping ahead of myself here.

Upcoming Attractions: Looks like Atsushi’s ex broke up with her boyfriend.
