Ugh the stuff they put into the filler this week angered and boiled my Narusaku blood. In the manga, when Naruto asked Sakura on a date, it was assumed that despite her making him pay, he payed anyway because he’s obviously in love with her. However the anime team at Studio Pierrot are a bunch of NaruHinatards (see fillers for more obvious information) so they made it that the two of them went their SEPARATE ways then felt “bad” about it because Naruto got treated to ramen by Iruka sensei.
